Abstract
Kecamatan Lembang merupakan wilayah yang mengalami tekanan pembangunan cukup tinggi, ditandai dengan alih fungsi lahan dan meningkatnya kebutuhan permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sebaran permukiman eksisting, menganalisis tingkat kesesuaian lahan, serta mengevaluasi hubungan antara keduanya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi interpretasi Citra Sentinel-2 tahun 2024 melalui digitasi on-screen untuk memetakan permukiman, dan analisis Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) dengan pendekatan Weighted Linear Combination (WLC), logika Fuzzy, serta pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menghasilkan peta kesesuaian lahan permukiman. Hasil interpretasi menunjukkan bahwa permukiman eksisting tersebar di seluruh 16 desa dengan luas total 1.182,1 ha. Analisis kesesuaian lahan menunjukkan bahwa kategori Sesuai (S1) seluas 4.213,8 ha banyak tersebar di Desa Jayagiri, Lembang, Cikidang, Langensari, dan Sukajaya. Zona Agak Sesuai (S2) seluas 4.541,7 ha ditemukan di sebagian besar wilayah kecamatan. Sementara itu, zona Kurang Sesuai (S3) (708,3 ha) umumnya berada di Cibogo, Mekarsaluyu, dan lereng-lereng curam di Kayuambon. Zona Tidak Sesuai Saat Ini (N1) (46,5 ha) dan Tidak Sesuai Permanen (N2) (409 ha) tersebar di wilayah seperti Gudangkahuripan, Wangunsari, Suntenjaya, dan kawasan lindung di Cibodas. Evaluasi overlay menunjukkan bahwa 95,3% permukiman eksisting berada di zona S1 dan S2, 4,5% di zona S3, dan hanya 0,1% di zona tidak sesuai. Validasi lapangan pada 52 titik menunjukkan tingkat keterpenuhan parameter pada zona S1–S2 sebesar 77–81%, dengan nilai akurasi interpretasi 94,23%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa permukiman cenderung berkembang pada lahan yang sesuai secara biofisik, meskipun masih ditemukan area yang berpotensi menimbulkan risiko apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Lembang Subdistrict is an area experiencing significant development pressure, marked by land-use changes and increasing demand for residential space. This study aims to identify the distribution of existing settlements, analyze land suitability levels, and evaluate the relationship between both. The methods applied include interpretation of Sentinel-2 imagery from 2024 through on-screen digitization to map existing settlements, and Spatial Multi Criteria Evaluation (SMCE) using a combination of Weighted Linear Combination (WLC), fuzzy logic, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to generate a land suitability map for settlements. The interpretation results show that existing settlements are distributed across all 16 villages, covering a total area of 1,182.1 ha. The land suitability analysis revealed that the Highly Suitable (S1) category, covering 4,213.8 ha, is mostly found in Jayagiri, Lembang, Cikidang, Langensari, and Sukajaya. The Moderately Suitable (S2) zone, covering 4,541.7 ha, spans most parts of the subdistrict. The Marginally Suitable (S3) zone (708.3 ha) is generally located in Cibogo, Mekarsaluyu, and the steep slopes of Kayuambon. Meanwhile, the Currently Unsuitable (N1) (46.5 ha) and Permanently Unsuitable (N2) (409 ha) zones are found in areas such as Gudangkahuripan, Wangunsari, Suntenjaya, and protected areas in Cibodas. Overlay evaluation shows that 95.3% of existing settlements lie within the S1–S2 zones, 4.5% within the S3 zone, and only 0.1% in unsuitable zones. Field validation at 52 points indicated that parameter compliance in the S1–S2 zones ranges between 77–81%, with an interpretation accuracy rate of 94.23%. These findings suggest that settlement development generally occurs on land that is biophysically suitable, although several areas remain potentially risky if not managed properly.
