Abstract

Dunia industri menuntut tenaga kerja tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga keterampilan kolaborasi yang semakin menguat seiring perubahan kebutuhan kerja yang menekankan kemampuan kerja sama tim, komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah. Namun, pembelajaran di sekolah vokasi masih didominasi oleh pendekatan konvensional yang menekankan pembelajaran individu, sehingga menghambat pengembangan kolaborasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan dan respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran problem posing dengan card sort; (2) Mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan kolaborasi antara siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model problem posing dengan card sort dan siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; (3) Mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi antara siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model problem posing dengan card sort dan siswa kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group design menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan mencakup lembar observasi, kuesioner respon siswa, serta pre non test dan post non test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem posing dengan card sort dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Kelas eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol dengan kategori cukup efektif. Temuan ini memperkuat pandangan bahwa integrasi pendekatan berbasis pemecahan masalah dan aktivitas kolaborasi dapat menjadi strategi alternatif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa vokasi. Penelitian ini mampu menciptakan pembelajaran interaktif dan memperkuat kerja sama yang relevan dengan tuntutan dunia industri. The industrial world demands workers not only have technical competence, but also collaboration skills that are increasingly strengthened along with changing work needs that emphasize teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. However, learning in vocational schools is still dominated by conventional approaches that emphasize individual learning, thus hindering the development of student collaboration. This study aims to: (1) Determine the implementation and student responses to the problem posing learning model with card sort; (2) Determine the differences in collaboration skills between experimental class students who use the problem posing model with card sort and control class students who use conventional learning; (3) Determine the improvement in collaboration skills between experimental class students who use the problem posing model with card sort and control class students who use conventional learning. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design using a purposive sampling technique. The data used included observation sheets, student response questionnaires, as well as pre- and post-tests. The results showed that the problem posing learning model with card sort can improve students' collaboration skills. The experimental class showed a higher score increase compared to the control class with a fairly effective category. These findings reinforce the view that integrating problem-solving approaches and collaborative activities can be an alternative strategy for developing collaborative skills in vocational students. This research is able to create interactive learning and strengthen collaboration relevant to the demands of the industrial world.
