    Abstract

    Tradisi Nganggung di Kampung Melayu Tuatunu, Kota Pangkalpinang, memiliki potensi besar sebagai daya tarik wisata gastronomi dengan aspek gastronomi dan daya tarik di dalamnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji Tradisi Nganggung sebagai potensi wisata gastronomi di Kampung Melayu Tuatunu, Kota Pangkalpinang dengan mengidentifikasi aspek gastronomi dan potensi daya tarik wisata, menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi Nganggung mencerminkan kekayaan gastronomi, budaya, dan sejarah masyarakat Melayu Bangka melalui hidangan khas, alat tradisional, serta nilai kebersamaan dan rasa syukur. Tradisi ini berpotensi sebagai daya tarik wisata, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam amenitas, aksesibilitas, dan layanan wisata. Peningkatan infrastruktur serta edukasi budaya diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan wisata gastronomi berbasis tradisi ini. The Nganggung Tradition in Kampung Melayu Tuatunu, Pangkalpinang City, has significant potential as a gastronomic tourism attraction, incorporating gastronomic aspects and cultural appeal. This study examines the Nganggung Tradition as a potential gastronomic tourism asset in Kampung Melayu Tuatunu by identifying the gastronomic aspects and tourism potential, using a qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the Nganggung Tradition reflects the rich gastronomy, culture, and history of the Bangka Malay community through traditional dishes, utensils, and values of solidarity and gratitude. While this tradition has the potential to become a tourism attraction, it still faces challenges related to amenities, accessibility, and tourism services. Enhancing infrastructure and cultural education is necessary to optimize the development of this tradition-based gastronomic tourism.
