    Abstract

    Perencanaan karir diperlukan oleh setiap individu termasuk bagi Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) yang sedang berada di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) untuk mempersiapkan karir yang lebih terencana sebagai bentuk reintegrasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan karir Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) yang sedang menjalani masa pembinaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kasus instrinsik melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dengan jumlah partisipan tiga orang. Hasil penelitian pada aspek pengetahuan diri partisipan menunjukan pemahaman tentang kelebihan diri namun masih terdapat partisipan yang belum menyadari kelemahan diri sehingga proses pemahaman diri belum dilakukan secara optimal. Aspek sikap menunjukan bahwa partisipan selama menjalani masa pembinaan memiliki rasa penyesalan terhadap perbuatan di masa lalu dan kurangnya kemampuan dalam mengontrol emosi. Aspek keterampilan menunjukan bahwa partisipan belum mampu mengambil keputusan dengan matang, belum menunjukan secara penuh langkah-langkah realistis dalam mencapai cita-cita. Modul perencanaan karir yang dirancang pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengoptimalkan proses perencanaan karir Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) selama menjalani masa pembinaan sehingga tugas perkembangannya sebagai remaja tetap terpenuhi. Career planning is necessary for every individual, including Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) who are in Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA), in order to prepare for a more planned career as a form of social reintegration. This study aims to describe the career planning of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) who are undergoing guidance. The method used in this study was an intrinsic case study through interviews, observation, and documentation study with three participants. The results of the study on the participants' self-knowledge aspect showed an understanding of their strengths, but there were still participants who were not aware of their weaknesses, so the process of self-understanding had not been carried out optimally. The attitude aspect shows that during the rehabilitation period, participants feel remorse for their past actions and lack the ability to control their emotions. The skill aspect shows that participants are not yet able to make mature decisions and have not fully demonstrated realistic steps to achieve their goals. The career planning module designed in this study is expected to help optimize the career planning process for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) during their rehabilitation period so that their developmental tasks as adolescents are still fulfilled.
