Abstract

ABSTRAK Risma Isnaina (1000381). Studi Tentang Pengelolaan Pelatihan Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis TIK (Studi Deskriptif di Balai Pelatihan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Kejuruan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat). Skripsi Departemen Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran, namun tidak didukung dengan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan komputer. Pentingnya keahlian guru dalam bidang TIK, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang profesional. BPPTKPK sebagai unit pelaksanan teknis pembinaan pendidik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menyelenggarakan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK bagi guru SMK. Kualitas penyelenggara pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan sebuah diklat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang jelas mengenai pengelolaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Memperoleh data tentang perencanaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK; (2) Memperoleh data tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK; (3) Memperoleh data tentang evaluasi pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK. Pendekatan dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga subjek penelitian, yaitu 8 orang penyelenggara pelatihan, 4 orang widyaiswara pelatihan, dan 27 orang peserta pelatihan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan perhitungan skor total tiap butir instrumen dan perhitungan presentasi pada setiap aspek yang dikaji. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK sudah berjalan dengan baik. Secara khusus dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun dalam aspek ini widyaiswara tidak dilibatkan dalam proses analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan; (2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun dalam aspek ini widyaiswara tidak dilibatkan dalam menyusun materi yang diberikan; (3) Evaluasi pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis TIK di BPPTKPK sudah berjalan dengan baik, dimana penyelenggara pelatihan, widyaiswara pelatihan, dan peserta pelatihan melakukan evaluasi sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing. This research is motivated by the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is widely used for learning activities, but is not supported by the skills of teachers in the use of computers. The importance of teacher expertise in the field of ICT, which is to improve teachers' professional competence. BPPTKPK as technical implementation guidance unit educator Vocational School (SMK) organize training of ICT-based learning media development for vocational teachers. The quality of training providers affect the success of a training. This study has the aim to obtain clear information on management development training in the ICT-based learning media BPPTKPK. In particular, the purpose of this study, namely: (1) Obtain data on the development of training plans ICT-based learning media in BPPTKPK; (2) Obtain data on the implementation of the training of ICT-based learning media development in BPPTKPK; (3) Obtain data on training evaluation of ICT-based learning media development in BPPTKPK. Approaches and methods of research used quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population in this study consisted of three research subjects, ie 8 training providers, 4 training lecturers, and 27 trainees. The sampling technique used in this study, using the saturation sampling where the entire population is used as a sample. Instruments in this study using a questionnaire/questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis done by calculating the total score of each item of instruments and calculations presentations on every aspect of the study. Based on the results of research in the field, concluded that management development training in the ICT-based learning media BPPTKPK already well underway. In particular, it can be concluded that: (1) Planning of media development training in BPPTKPK ICT-based learning has been going well, although in this aspect trainers are not involved in the process of needs analysis conducted; (2) The training of ICT-based learning media development in BPPTKPK been going well, although in this aspect trainers are not involved in preparing the material provided; (3) Evaluation of training development of ICT-based learning media in BPPTKPK already well underway, with training providers, training trainers, and trainees conduct an evaluation in accordance with their respective duties.
