Abstract

Penelitian ini menggambarkan profil keterampilan berkomunikasi dan interpretasi siswa SMA. Keterampilan berkomunikasi yang diteliti meliputi membuat data hasil pengamatan dengan tabel, mengubah bentuk penyajian tabel ke dalam bentuk grafik, menjelaskan hasil pengamatan dan membaca gambar proses pembentukkan urin. Keterampilan interpretasi meliputi menghubungkan hasil-hasil pengamatan, menemukan pola dalam suatu seri pengamatan dan menyimpulkan hasil pengamatan. Keterampilan berkomunikasi dan interpretasi dijaring dengan 11 pertanyaan yang terdapat pada LKS praktikum uji urin dilanjutkan dengan mengisi angket. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterampilan berkomunikasi dan interpretasi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode weak experimental (the one shot case study) dengan dua kelas IPA yaitu XI.IPA.4 dan XI.IPA.5. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui praktikum uji urin dan siswa menjawab 11 pertanyaan yang terdapat pada LKS praktikum dan dilanjutkan dengan mengisi angket. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh rata-rata keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa memperoleh hasil 63,04% yang termasuk dalam kategori ‘’cukup’’ dan rata-rata keterampilan interpretasi siswa memperoleh hasil 76,42% yang termasuk kategori ‘’baik’’. Examined included communication skills make the observed data with tables, changing the form of the presentation of the table in the form of graphs, explain observations and reading the image formation process urine. Interpretation skills include linking the observed results, finding patterns in a series of observations and concluding observations. Communication skills and interpretation netted with 11 questions in worksheet lab urine test followed by filling in the questionnaire. The aim of the study is to examine how communication and interpretation skills of high school students. This study uses an experimental weak (the one-shot case study) with two classes, namely XI.IPA.4 and XI.IPA.5 IPA. The technique of collecting data through urine testing lab and the students to answer 11 questions in the lab worksheet and proceed with filling the questionnaire. Based on data obtained average communication skills students acquire 63.04% results are included in the category '' enough '' and average interpretation skills students acquire 76.42% results which include the category of '' good ''.
