Abstract
Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat kontribusiantarapanjanglengandan power lenganterhadap kecepatan lemparanpemain Baseball. Tujuan yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapabesarkontribusi yang di hasilkandaripanjanglengandan power lenganterhadap kecepatan lemparan baseball. Kegunaan dari hasil penelitian ini secara teoritis dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memperkaya dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya untuk mencaribibit-bibitpemain baseball yang menempatiposisi pitcheratau fielder guna meningkatan kemampuanpermainannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dekskriptif. Penelitian digunakan purposive sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah atlet baseball bumiasrikabupatenBandung sebanyak 15 orang yang masihaktifdanterpilihkedalamtimpordakabupatenbandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolahan dan analisis data, maka perhitungan uji signifikansiantarapanjanglengandan power lengankeduanyamemberikankontribusi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah panjanglengandan power lengankeduanyamemberikankontribusiterhadapkecepatanlemparanpemainbaseball. *Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Angkatan 2010 The problems raised in this research is whether there is a contribution between arm's length and power arm to throw the Baseball player's speed. The purpose of this research was appointed to find out how big a contribution on the produce of arm length and arm power against the speed of the throw of baseball. The usefulness of the results of this research can theoretically be used as a means to enrich and develop the sciences, especially to find seeds baseball player who occupies the position of the pitcher or fielder in order to improve the ability of the game. The methods used in this research is the dekskriptif method. Research of sampling, purposive sampling used in this research is the beautiful Earth baseball athletes Bandung Regency as many as 15 people were still active and was elected into team porda bandung Regency. Based on the results of data analysis and pengelolahan, then the calculation of the significance test between arm's length and arm to power second to none contributed. Conclusion of this research is the arm length and arm to power second to none contributed to the speed of the throw of the Baseball player. * Students majoring in Coaching Education Force 2010
