    Abstract

    “MODEL LOAN ORIGINATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION DAN CREDIT BUSINESS PROCESS VALUE CREATION DALAM MENINGKATKAN BUSINESS PERFORMANCE BANK BJB” Harmansyah Nasution, NIM: 2105064 di bawah bimbingan: Ketua Promotor : Prof. Dr. Agus Rahayu, M.P., Ko-Promotor : Prof. Dr. Vanessa Gaffar, S.E., Ak., MBA., Anggota Promotor : Dr. Alfira Sofia, S.T., M.M. Industri perbankan sebagai pemberi kredit telah berubah secara substansial selama satu abad terakhir. Bank akan meminjamkan uang dengan agunan sebagai jaminan, prosesnya dilakukan secara bertahap dengan melibatkan banyak petugas bank dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sehingga menjadi tidak efisien. Tren penggunaan teknologi selain sebagai alat bantu mempercepat dan mempermudah proses, juga dibutuhkan oleh bank sebagai alat untuk menciptakan dan meningkatkan peluang serta memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Saat ini hampir seluruh lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi telah terdigitalisasi khususnya pada proses pengajuan kredit. Semakin banyak nasabah yang memilih pinjaman digital dibandingkan pinjaman tradisional karena manfaat yang diberikannya. Penelitian ini menganalisis gambaran Business Performance yang meliputi Customer Requirement, Digital Leadership, Loan Origination System Implementation dan Credit Business Process Value Creation yang mempengaruhinya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 64 kantor cabang bank bjb yang menjadi unit analisis sebagai sumber data untuk dilakukan generalisasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui hubungan korelatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structure Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Requirement dengan dimensi dominan Customer Expectation, Digital Leadership dengan dimensi dominan Integrity, yang dimediasi oleh Loan Origination System Implementation dengan dimensi dominan document management, dan Credit Business Process Value Creation dengan dimensi dominan Responsiveness, secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh kepada Business Performance bank. Implikasi dan rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengoptimalkan implementasi Loan Origination Sytems mengingat pengaruhnya yang kuat terhadap Business Performance bank, memperkuat integrasi Loan Origination System dengan ekosistem digital, mengembangkan layanan digital yang lebih responsif dan personal, mengeksplorasi teknologi lanjutan seperti penggunaan Artificial Intelligence dan Big Data Analysis, serta peran regulator untuk menyusun ketentuan khusus yang mendorong penerapan teknologi digital kredit perbankan secara nasional dan adaptif terhadap teknologi baru. The banking industry, as a lender, has changed substantially over the past century. Banks used to lend money using collateral as collateral, a process that involved many bank officers and took a long time, making it inefficient. The trend toward using technology, not only as a tool to speed up and simplify processes, but also as a tool for banks to create and increase opportunities and gain a competitive advantage. Currently, almost all operating financial institutions have digitized the credit application process. More and more customers are choosing digital loans over traditional loans due to the benefits they offer. This study analyzes the Business Performance overview which includes Customer Requirement, Digital Leadership, Loan Origination System Implementation and Credit Business Process Value Creation which influences it using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification research types. The study population amounted to 64 bank bjb branch offices which became the unit of analysis as a data source for generalization. Sampling used a saturated sample method with the entire population being sampled. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques to determine the correlative relationship in this study used Partial Least Square Structure Equation Model. The results of the study indicate that Customer Requirement with the dominant dimension of Customer Expectation, Digital Leadership with the dominant dimension of Integrity, mediated by Loan Origination System Implementation with the dominant dimension of document management, and Credit Business Process Value Creation with the dominant dimension of Responsiveness, significantly influence the bank's Business Performance. The implications and recommendations of this research include the importance of optimizing the implementation of Loan Origination Systems given their strong impact on bank business performance, strengthening the integration of Loan Origination Systems with the digital ecosystem, developing more responsive and personalized digital services, exploring advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analysis, and the role of the regulators, in developing specific regulations that encourage the national implementation of digital banking credit technology and adaptability to new technologies.
