    Abstract

    Pendidikan dasar di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam deteksi dini kesulitan belajar seperti disleksia, disgrafia, dan diskalkulia, terutama karena asesmen konvensional yang manual kurang efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen e-asesmen berbasis digital untuk deteksi dini anak berkesulitan belajar pada aspek membaca, menulis, dan berhitung di sekolah dasar, mendukung pendidikan inklusif sesuai Permendiknas Nomor 70 Tahun 2009 dan Kurikulum Merdeka. Menggunakan metode Design-Based Research, penelitian melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan solusi, uji coba berulang, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan angket dari guru di SDN 1 Kujang, SDN 5 Ciawi, SDN Cintalaksana, SDN Cimindi, dan SDN Jayamukti, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Instrumen e-asesmen berbasis google formulir, google sheet, dan google appsscript, mencakup 12 indikator membaca, 9 menulis, dan 7 berhitung, terbukti efektif dengan skor evaluasi 99% pada uji coba kedua. Instrumen ini praktis, valid, dan mendukung otomatisasi, meskipun perlu perbaikan estetika dan panduan visual. E-asesmen ini berpotensi diadopsi luas dengan pelatihan dan sosialisasi intensif, memperkuat pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia. Basic education in Indonesia faces challenges in the early detection of learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, mainly because conventional manual assessments are inefficient and inaccurate. This study aims to develop a digital-based e-assessment tool for the early detection of children with learning difficulties in reading, writing, and arithmetic at the elementary school level, supporting inclusive education in accordance with Ministry of Education Regulation No. 70 of 2009 and the Merdeka Curriculum. Using the Design-Based Research method, the study involves stages of needs analysis, solution design, repeated testing, and reflection. Data was collected through interviews, observations, document studies, and questionnaires from teachers at SDN 1 Kujang, SDN 5 Ciawi, SDN Cintalaksana, SDN Cimindi, and SDN Jayamukti, Tasikmalaya Regency. The e-assessment instrument, based on Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script, covers 12 reading indicators, 9 writing indicators, and 7 arithmetic indicators, and was proven effective with a 99% evaluation score in the second pilot test. This instrument is practical, valid, and supports automation, although it requires aesthetic improvements and visual guidelines. This e-assessment has the potential for widespread adoption with intensive training and outreach, strengthening inclusive education in Indonesia.
