    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), gambaran penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran, serta menganalisis pengaruh PKL terhadap penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran siswa SMK jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di PT Len Industri (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PKL di PT Len Industri (Persero) dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui empat dimensi utama, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Secara keseluruhan, program PKL dinilai efektif oleh mayoritas siswa. Penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran siswa berada pada kategori cukup efektif hingga efektif, terutama dalam hal memproduksi dokumen, mengelola arsip, melakukan komunikasi melalui telepon, serta mengakses informasi melalui internet. Analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan PKL terhadap penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran siswa. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Internship Program (PKL), the mastery of office administration competencies, and to analyze the influence of PKL on the office administration competency of vocational high school (SMK) students majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) at PT Len Industri (Persero). The research used a quantitative approach with a total of 60 student respondents. The data analysis techniques included normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results show that the PKL program at PT Len Industri (Persero) was implemented systematically through four main dimensions: planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Overall, the program was considered effective by most students. Students’ mastery of office administration competencies ranged from moderately effective to effective, particularly in producing documents, managing archives, communicating by phone, and accessing information via the internet. Regression analysis indicates a significant influence of the PKL implementation on students’ mastery of office administration competencies.
