    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran employee empowerment, work life balance dan employee engagement, pengaruh employee empowerment terhadap employee engagement, pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement dan pengaruh employee empowerment dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement karyawan PT. Ching Luh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 250 orang karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 71 orang karyawan PT. Ching Luh Indonesia, menggunakan Teknik proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu Uji-F untuk melihat pengaruh secara simultan dan Uji-T untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee empowerment dan work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement secara simultan. Sedangkan secara parsial employee empowerment dan work-life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kata kunci: Employee Empowerment, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement This study aims to determine the description of employee empowerment, work life balance and employee engagement, the effect of employee empowerment on employee engagement, the effect of work life balance on employee engagement and the effect of employee empowerment and work life balance on employee engagement of PT Ching Luh Indonesia employees. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research types. The population was 250 employees and the sample was 200 employees of PT Ching Luh Indonesia, using proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used is the F-test to see the effect simultaneously and the T-test to see the effect partially. The results of this study indicate that employee empowerment and work-life balance have a significant effect on employee engagement simultaneously. While partially employee empowerment and work-life balance do not have a significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: Employee Empowerment, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement
