    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat pemahaman peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPAS mengenai letak geografis Indonesia dikelas V SD sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya E-Modul berbasis Android serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan E-Modul tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian tes kepada peserta didik. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN Margamulya dan SDN 1 Karangsambung, Kecamatan Cibeureum, Kota Tasikmalaya menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diterapkannya E-Modul, tidak terdapat peserta didik yang mencapai kategori sangat baik. Hanya 2 peserta didik yang masuk dalam kategori baik, 9 peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup, dan 8 peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Namun, setelah implementasi E-Modul, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Sebanyak 8 peserta didik berhasil mencapai kategori sangat baik, 11 peserta didik berada dalam kategori baik, 1 peserta didik tergolong cukup, dan tidak ada peserta didik yang masuk dalam kategori kurang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode mind map memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menulis puisi bebas pada siswa. This study aims to describe the level of student understanding in learning IPAS regarding the geographical location of Indonesia in fifth-grade elementary school before and after the implementation of an Android-based E-Module, as well as to determine the impact of using the E-Module. The approach used in this research is a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was conducted through tests administered to the students. The research, conducted in the fifth grade of SDN Margamulya and SDN 1 Karangsambung in Cibeureum District, Tasikmalaya City, showed that before the E-Module was implemented, there were no students who achieved the "very good" category. Only 2 students fell into the "good" category, 9 students were in the "sufficient" category, and 8 students were classified as "poor." However, after the implementation of the E-Module, there was a significant increase. A total of 8 students achieved the "very good" category, 11 students were in the "good" category, 1 student was classified as "sufficient," and no students fell into the "poor" category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the use of the mind map method has a positive effect on improving students' ability to write free verse poetry
