Abstract

Polusi Udara merupakan salah satu permasalahan global yang sedang banyak dihadapi oleh banyak kota besar diseluruh dunia, salah satunya Wilayah Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Salah satu penyebab utama tingginya tingkat polusi di Wilayah DKJ adalah konsentrasi polutan, emisi transportasi dan manufaktur industri. Selain itu terdapat juga PLTU batubara di teluk Jakarta dan wilayah Jakarta yang merupakan wilayah dengan suhu udara yang selalu panas. Secara keseluruhan udara di wilayah Jakarta sudah tercemar, bahkan termasuk satu di antara sepuluh kota yang paling tercemar di dunia. Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota Metropolitan terbesar di Indonesia yang terdiri dari 5 kota besar yaitu Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Utara dan Kabupaten adm. Kepulauan Seribu. Berdasarkan data dari situs pengamat kualitas udara, pada tahun 2019 Jakarta menempati urutan ke 16 dari 100 negara teratas dengan polusi udara terburuk dengan level kualitas uadara yang mencapai 155 US Air Index Quality (AIQ) yang mengindikasikan kualitas Udara Jakarta tidak sehat. Dan pada tahun 2021 peringkat tersebut naik menjadi urutan ke 6 dengan kualitas udara terburuk dengan nilai 156. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas udara berdasarkan parameter yang terdapat pada SPKU dan Sentinel 5P dan melakukan akurasi antara SPKU dengan Citra Sentinel 5P. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan menunjukkan tren dan nilai yang fluktuatif dan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kebijakan PSBB dan PPKM saat pandemi COVID-19, faktor cuaca dan Musim, serta faktor ketentuan Emisi bagi kendaraan bermotor selama 6 (enam) tahun masa pengamatan. Dan hasil Uji Akurasi yang menunjukkan hasil Akurasi yang cukup memuaskan. Air pollution is one of the global issues currently facing many major cities around the world, including the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. One of the main causes of high pollution levels in the Jakarta Special Capital Region is the concentration of pollutants, transportation emissions, and industrial manufacturing. In addition, there are coal-fired power plants in Jakarta Bay and the Jakarta area, which is an area with consistently high temperatures. Overall, the air in the Jakarta region is already polluted, even ranking among the ten most polluted cities in the world. Jakarta is one of the largest metropolitan cities in Indonesia, consisting of five major cities: Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands Administrative District. According to data from an air quality monitoring website, in 2019 Jakarta ranked 16th out of the top 100 countries with the worst air pollution, with an air quality level of 155 on the US Air Quality Index (AIQ), indicating that Jakarta's air quality is unhealthy. In 2021, this ranking rose to 6th place with the worst air quality, with a value of 156. The objective of this study is to determine air quality based on parameters from the SPKU and Sentinel 5P and to assess the accuracy between the SPKU and Sentinel 5P imagery. Based on the observation results, there were fluctuating trends and values influenced by several factors, such as PSBB and PPKM policies during the COVID-19 pandemic, weather and seasonal factors, and emission regulations for motor vehicles over the six-year observation period. The accuracy test results showed satisfactory accuracy.
