    Abstract

    Koperasi di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar pada era transformasi digital, terutama dalam hal adaptasi dan peningkatan daya saing. Rendahnya karakter kreatif pengurus menjadi kendala utama yang berdampak pada minimnya inovasi produk dan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pelatihan penguatan karakter kreatif untuk meningkatkan inovasi di koperasi Kota Banjarmasin. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Tessmer melalui lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian memadukan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui survei, wawancara, uji coba terbatas, serta evaluasi formatif dan sumatif. Media Flipbook interaktif digunakan sebagai instrumen utama pelatihan karena mampu menyajikan materi secara digital, visual, dan kontekstual. Fitur interaktif, simulasi, dan studi kasus di dalam Flipbook membantu peserta mengaitkan materi dengan kondisi koperasi mereka, sekaligus memudahkan pembelajaran mandiri maupun kolaboratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa karakter kreatif pengurus masih lemah, tercermin dari dominasi sikap konservatif, kurangnya keberanian mengambil risiko, dan rendahnya keterbukaan terhadap ide anggota. Setelah pelatihan berbasis Flipbook, pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta meningkat signifikan. Tingkat kemampuan yang sebelumnya sedang naik menjadi tinggi, dengan efektivitas pelatihan dinilai baik berdasarkan uji lapangan. Peserta juga menunjukkan kemajuan dalam kepemimpinan, penerapan pengetahuan, dan kinerja koperasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya investasi berkelanjutan dalam penguatan karakter kreatif pengurus koperasi melalui media digital seperti Flipbook. Model pelatihan ini tidak hanya relevan di era digital, tetapi juga berpotensi direplikasi di berbagai jenis dan wilayah koperasi lainnya untuk memperkuat daya saing secara nasional. Cooperatives in Indonesia face major challenges in the era of digital transformation, especially in terms of adaptation and increasing competitiveness. The low creative character of the management is the main obstacle that has an impact on the lack of product and service innovation. This research aims to develop a training model for strengthening creative character to increase innovation in cooperatives in Banjarmasin City. The approach used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Tessmer model through five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research combines quantitative and qualitative methods through surveys, interviews, limited trials, and formative and summative evaluations. Interactive Flipbook media is used as the main instrument of training because it is able to present material digitally, visually, and contextually. Interactive features, simulations, and case studies in Flipbook help participants relate the material to their cooperative conditions, while facilitating both independent and collaborative learning. The findings show that the creative character of the management is still weak, reflected in the dominance of conservative attitudes, lack of courage to take risks, and low openness to members' ideas. After Flipbook-based training, participants' understanding and abilities improved significantly. The level of ability that was previously rising became high, with the effectiveness of the training assessed well based on field tests. Participants also showed progress in leadership, knowledge application, and cooperative performance. This research emphasizes the importance of sustainable investment in strengthening the creative character of cooperative administrators through digital media such as Flipbook. This training model is not only relevant in the digital era, but also has the potential to be replicated in various other types and areas of cooperatives to strengthen competitiveness nationally.
