    Abstract

    Komunitas belajar hadir sebagai wadah bagi tenaga pendidik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui kegiatan In-House Training (IHT). Namun, rendahnya efektivitas pelaksanaan komunitas belajar, yang disebabkan dari tidak adanya panduan penyelenggaraan serta kurang meratanya pendampingan atau pelatihan yang diberikan terhadap guru, membuat penyelenggaraan IHT dalam komunitas belajar menjadi tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menggali esensi pengalaman dan makna dari strategi manajerial IHT dalam program komunitas belajar pada internal sekolah dasar. Fokus penelitian dilakukan di tiga Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Ciamis, yaitu SDN 1 Margajaya, SDN 2 Ciulu, dan SDN 1 Cijeungjing. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan secara mendalam bagaimana IHT direncanakan, diimplementasikan, dievaluasi, dan ditindaklanjuti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan IHT dilakukan secara sistematis melalui analisis kebutuhan guru, penetapan tujuan strategis, penjadwalan yang fleksibel, dan persiapan sarana yang efisien. Implementasi IHT dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang dinamis dan adaptif, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif, serta berfokus pada kebutuhan guru dengan peran kepala sekolah sebagai fasilitator utama. Evaluasi dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan mengukur dampak transformasional. Terakhir, tindak lanjut IHT memastikan keberlanjutan program melalui perencanaan berbasis umpan balik dan pelaksanaan yang berorientasi praktik nyata. Learning communities serve as a forum for educators to improve their competencies and the quality of education in schools through in-house training (IHT) activities. However, the low effectiveness of learning communities, caused by the lack of guidelines for implementation and uneven mentoring or training provided to teachers, has resulted in suboptimal IHT implementation in learning communities. This study aims to explore the essence of experience and meaning of IHT managerial strategies in learning community programs within elementary schools. The research focus was conducted at three elementary schools in Ciamis Regency: SDN 1 Margajaya, SDN 2 Ciulu, and SDN 1 Cijeungjing. This study provides an in-depth description of how IHT is planned, implemented, evaluated, and followed up. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study method. The results show that IHT planning is carried out systematically through teacher needs analysis, strategic goal setting, flexible scheduling, and efficient resource preparation. IHT implementation is carried out with a dynamic and adaptive approach, creating a collaborative learning environment, and focusing on teacher needs with the principal as the main facilitator. Evaluation is conducted comprehensively by measuring transformational impact. Finally, IHT follow-up ensures program sustainability through feedback-based planning and practice-oriented implementation.
