Abstract

Masalah dalampenelitian ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tata rias wajah para peserta didik sanggar jaipong Gondo Art Production (GAP)dalam mengurangi pengeluaran baik dalam biaya maupun waktu karena intensitas pagelaran atau event dan pasanggiri yang sering diikuti oleh peserta sanggar,oleh karena itu penanganan tata rias wajah yang dilakukan selama ini sangat baik dalam mendukung kebutuhan para peserta didik sanggar. Adapun menjadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai langkah-langkah penyelenggaraan program pelatihan tata rias wajah di sanggar Gondo Art Production (GAP). (2) memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses pelaksanaan pelatihan tata rias wajah di sanggar Gondo Art Production (GAP). (3) memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai hasil dari program pelatihan tata rias wajah di sanggar Gondo Art Production (GAP)dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak.
Landasan teori dalam hal ini berhubungan dengan konsep : (1) konsep pendidikan luar sekolah. (2) konsep pelatihan. (3) konseptata rias wajah. (4) konsep kemandirian anak. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah tiga orang yang terdiri dari satu orang pengelola pelatihan dandua orang peserta pelatihan.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan tata rias wajah dimulai dengan tahap identifikasi. (2) apa yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pelatihan. (3) bagaimana hasil dari pelaksanaan program pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa program pelatihan tata rias wajah pada peserta didik sanggar telah berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tata rias wajah khususnya meningkatkan kemandirian dalam hal pembiasaan. Rekomendasi agar semua pihak yang berkepentingan dapat melaksanakan segalaketentuan dan peraturan yang telah disepakati.

The problem in this research is the lack of knowledge and skills makeup of learners of jaipong studio Gondo Art Productions (GAP) in reducing expenditure both in cost and time because of the intensity of the performances or events and pasanggiri which are often followed by the learners or participants, therefore makeup treatment which had been done is very important in supporting the needs of learners studio. As the goal of this research are: (1) obtaining data and information on the implementation procedure of makeup training programs in studio Gondo Art Productions (GAP). (2) Obtaining data and information regarding the factors supporting and makeup training processes in studio Gondo Art Productions (GAP). (3) Obtaining data and information on the results of the makeup training program in the studio Gondo Art Productions (GAP) to increase the child's independence.
The basic theory in this case relates to the following concepts are: (1) the concept of school education. (2) the concept of training. (3) the concept of makeup. (4) the concept of the child's independence. The method of the study is qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Techniques of collecting dataare by using interviews, observation and documentation, the research subjects were three people consisting of one training manager and the others are trainees.
The results which are obtained from this study are: (1) how the implementation of makeup training which begins with the identification phase. (2) what are supporting and resistance factors in training implementation. (3) what are the results of the implementation of the training program in improving independence.
The conclusion from this study is the makeup training program for learners have been succeeded in improving the knowledge and skills of makeup, especially increasing independence in terms of habituation. Recommendation which can be taken is it is expected for all people who take parts can implement all provisions and regulations that have been agreed.
