    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus membahas mengenai tingkat intention to apply pada graduate trainee program di 99 Group. Intention to apply merupakan salah satu isu yang penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia karena dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dan kuantitas pelamar yang melamar pekerjaan di perusahaan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat intention to apply, namun yang dibahas lebih dalam di penelitian ini adalah e-recruitment (X1), company reputation (X2). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran efektivitas erecruitment, tingkat company reputation, dan tingkat intention to apply pada graduate trainee program di perusahaan 99 Group, serta untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh efektifitas e-recruitment terhadap tingkat intention to apply, bagaimana pengaruh tingkat company reputation terhadap tingkat intention to apply, serta bagaimana pengaruh kombinasi antara efektivitas e-recruitment dan tingkat company reputation terhadap tingkat intention to apply pada pelamar graduate trainee program di 99 Group. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 534 pelamar pada pelamar graduate trainee program dengan jumlah sampel sejumlah 94 pelamar. Selain itu, hipotesis diuji melalui analisis Uji-t untuk mengukur pengaruh secara parsial serta analisis Uji-F untuk menilai pengaruh secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas e-recruitment dan efektivitas company reputation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat intention to apply pada pelamar graduate trainee program di 99 Group. This study focuses on discussing the level of intention to apply for the graduate trainee program at 99 Group. Intention to apply is one of the important issues in human resource management because it can affect the quality and quantity of applicants who apply for jobs in the company. There are many factors that can affect the level of intention to apply, but those discussed in more depth in this study are e-recruitment (X1),company reputation (X2). The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of the effectiveness of e recruitment, the effectiveness of company reputation, and the level of intention to apply in the graduate trainee program at the 99 Group company, as well as to analyze how the effectiveness of erecruitment affects the level of intention to apply, how the effectiveness of company reputation affects the level of intention to apply, and how the combination of the effectiveness of e-recruitment and the effectiveness of company reputation affects the level of intention to apply in graduate trainee program applicants at 99 Group. The research method used is a descriptive and verification method with a population of 534 applicants in the graduate trainee program applicants with a sample of 94 applicants. In addition, the hypothesis was tested through a t-test analysis to measure partial influence and an F-test analysis to assess simultaneous influence. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of e-recruitment and the effectiveness of company reputation have a positive and significant effect on the level of intention to apply among graduate trainee program applicants at 99 Group.
