Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD praktikum berbasis PjBL pada pembuatan label indikator kerusakan daging untuk peserta didik pada jenjang pendidikan SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Design & Development Research yang dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, dan Evaluation. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia UPI dan tiga guru kimia SMA sebagai penguji kelayakan LKPD, serta 12 peserta didik kelas XII di salah satu SMA di Kota Cimahi sebagai partisipan pada uji coba terbatas untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan LKPD praktikum yang dikembangkan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket analisis kebutuhan LKPD, lembar hasil optimasi, lembar uji kelayakan LKPD, lembar rubrik penilaian LKPD, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan, dan lembar angket respons peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil optimasi, diperoleh komposisi optimum dalam pembuatan label indikator kerusakan daging yaitu menggunakan 25 mL kitosan 1% (dibuat dari serbuk kitosan 200 mesh), pati ubi ungu 5%, 1 mL gliserol 30%, dan 10 mL antosianin ubi ungu, yang dikeringkan selama ± 2-3 hari di bawah sinar matahari sehingga menghasilkan label yang tahan air, fleksibel, dan memiliki perubahan warna yang jelas. Berdasarkan penelitian, diperoleh hasil uji kelayakan pada aspek kesesuaian instruksi dalam LKPD dengan sintaks PjBL, kesesuaian penyajian konten materi dalam LKPD, kelayakan konstruksi, dan teknis termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Keterlaksanaan praktikum menggunakan LKPD praktikum yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan respons peserta didik terhadap praktikum dan LKPD praktikum yang dikembangkan juga termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. This research aims to produce a PjBL (Project Based Learning) student laboratory worksheet (LKPD) on making meat spoilage indicator labels for high school (SMA) students. This research used the Design & Development Research model conducted in four stages: Analysis, Design, Development, and Evaluation. The participants in this research consisted of two lecturers from the Chemistry Education Study Program at UPI and three high school chemistry teachers as evaluators of the LKPD’s feasibility, as well as 12 grade XII students at a high school in Cimahi City as participants in a limited trial to determine the feasibility of using the developed student laboratory worksheet (LKPD). The research instruments used were a questionnaire for analyzing LKPD needs, an optimization results sheet, a LKPD feasibility test sheet, a LKPD assessment rubric sheet, an implementation observation sheet, and a student response questionnaire sheet. Based on the optimization results, the optimum composition for making the meat spoilage indicator label was obtained using 25 mL of 1% chitosan (made from 200 mesh chitosan powder), 5% purple sweet potato starch, 1 mL of 30% glycerol, and 10 mL of purple sweet potato anthocyanin, which were dried for ± 2-3 days under sunlight, resulting in a waterproof, flexible label with clear color changes. Based on the research, the feasibility test results on the aspects of the suitability of instructions in the LKPD with the PjBL syntax, the suitability of the content presentation in the LKPD, the construction feasibility, and the technical aspects were in the very good category. The implementation of the practicum using the developed student laboratory worksheet (LKPD) is in the very good category and student responses to the practicum and the developed student laboratory worksheet (LKPD) are also in the very good category.
