Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wujud pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama Grice beserta fungsi implikatur dibalik pelanggarannya, kemudian untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan menggunakan sumber data berupa Vlog. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik simak catat yang kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam kartu data. Selanjutnya data diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama menurut Grice (1975) dan cara pelanggarannya menurut Thomas (1995). Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keempat pelanggaran maksim yaitu pelanggaran maksim kuantitas (15.73%), pelanggaran maksim kualitas (40.45%), pelanggaran maksim relevansi (35.96%) dan pelangggaran maksim cara (7.87%) ditemukan di dalam data tuturan. Jenis pelanggaran maksim kualitas dengan cara pelanggaran violating the maxim paling banyak ditemukan. Selanjutnya ditemukan tujuh fungsi implikatur pelanggaran maksim yang diklasifikasikan menurut Christofferson (2005) yaitu menyembunyikan sesuatu (20%), menjaga nama baik (12.5%), merasa cemburu tentang sesuatu (3.75%), memuaskan pendengar (13.75%), menghibur pendengar (31.25%), membangun kepercayaan seseorang (10%), dan meyakinkan pendengar (8.75%). Menyembunyikan sesuatu menjadi fungsi implikatur yang paling banyak ditemukan. Kemudian, terdapat lima faktor yang mempengaruhi pelanggaran maksim berdasarkan SPEAKING menurut Hymes (1974) yaitu scene, participants, ends, act of sequence dan instrumentalities. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, permainan werewolf sangat bergantung pada strategi komunikasi yang tidak selalu mengikuti aturan percakapan normal pada umumya. Keberlangsungan permainan werewolf justru lahir dari pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama karena implikatur yang muncul dari tuturan-tuturan yang dilanggar inilah yang membentuk laju dan dinamika permainan. This study aims to analyze the forms of non-observance of Grice's Cooperative Principle and the implicature functions behind these violations, as well as to identify the influencing factors using vlog data as the source. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data were collected through observation and note-taking techniques, then organized into data cards. Subsequently, the data were classified based on the types of maxim violations according to Grice (1975) and the methods of violation based on Thomas (1995). The findings indicate the presence of all four types of non-observance maxim quantity (15.73%), quality (40.45%), relation (35.96%), and manner (7.87%) in the utterances. Among these, non-observance of the maxim quality using the way of violating the maxim were the most frequently observed. Furthermore, seven functions of implicature were identified based on Christofferson (2005): hiding something (20%), saving face (12.5%), feeling jealous about something (31.25%), satisfying the hearer (13.75%), cheering the hearer (31.25%), building someone's trust (10%), and convincing the hearer (8.75%). The most commonly found function was hiding something. Additionally, five factors influencing maxim violations were identified based on Hymes (1974) SPEAKING model: scene, participants, ends, act sequence and instrumentalities. Based on the findings of the analysis, the werewolf game heavily relies on communication strategies that do not necessarily observance to the norms of ordinary conversation. The progression of the game itself emerges from the violations of the Cooperative Principle, as the implicatures generated from such violations shape the flow and dynamics of the interaction. 本研究の目的は、Grice（1975）の協調の原則における会話の公理違反の形態と、その違反の背後にある含意の機能を分析し、それに影響を与える要因を明らかにすることを目的としている。データはVlogを資料とし、質的アプローチに基づく記述的分析手法を用いて行われた。データは観察とメモの技法により収集され、カードに整理された後、Grice（1975）による公理の種類と、Thomas（1995）による違反方法に基づいて分類された。その結果、量の公理 (15.73%)、質の公理 (40.45%)、関連性の公理 (35.96%)、様態の公理(7.87%)という四つすべての違反が会話データ中に確認された。特に、「質の公理」を「maxim violation（明示的違反）」の形で違反する例が最も多かった。また、Christofferson（2005）に基づく七つの含意の機能が確認され、何かを隠す (20%)、面目を保つ (12.5%)、嫉妬の感情 (3.75%)、聞き手を満足させる(13.75%)、聞き手を楽しませる (31.25%)、信頼を築く(10%)、聞き手を納得させる (8.75%)が挙げられた。そんお中で何かを隠すという機能が最も頻出した。さらに、Hymes（1974）のSPEAKINGモデルに基づき、会話に影響を与える五つの要因 ― 場面（Scene）、参加者（Participants）、目的（Ends）、行動の順序（Act Sequence）、手段（Instrumentalities）― が明らかになった。分析の結果、人狼ゲームでは、一般的な会話の規範に必ずしも従わないコミュニケーション戦略に大きく依存していることが明らかになった。ゲームの進行そのものは協調の原則の違反から生じており、その違反によって生み出される含意が、発話の展開や相互作用のダイナミクスを形成している。
