    Abstract

    Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan karir berbasis teori karir Holland untuk peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Cileunyi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan versi modifikasi dari MVS dan SDS Holland. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: (1) gambaran kondisi karir peserta didik; (2) gambaran tipe minat karir peserta didik; (3) rumusan program bimbingan karir berbasis teori karir Holland yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi.

    The purpose of this research is to produce a career guidance program which grounded on Holland career theory for student class X at SMAN 1 Cileunyi. The approach used is quantitative with descriptive method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Instrument used in this research is modified version of MVS and SDS by Holland. The results of the research are: (1) the student’s vocational situations profile, (2) the student’s career interest type profile, and (3) formulation of career guidance program which grounded on Holland career theory according to experts and practitioners.
