Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh manajemen konflik dan budaya kerja hybrid terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Ketidakstabilan kinerja karyawan serta tantangan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dalam sistem kerja hybrid menjadi latar belakang utama dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Responden terdiri atas 94 karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur variabel manajemen konflik, budaya kerja hybrid, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas manajemen konflik berada pada kategori sedang; (2) kekuatan budaya kerja hybrid berada pada kategori sedang; (3) tingkat kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sedang; (4) manajemen konflik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) budaya kerja hybrid berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) manajemen konflik dan budaya kerja hybrid secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan konflik dan optimalisasi budaya kerja hybrid sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja. Organisasi disarankan untuk memperkuat sistem komunikasi, mempercepat respons terhadap konflik, serta menyediakan dukungan infrastruktur dan kebijakan yang mendukung fleksibilitas kerja tanpa mengurangi produktivitas. Penerapan manajemen konflik yang sistematis dan budaya kerja hybrid yang adaptif diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif di era transformasi digital. This study examines the influence of conflict management and hybrid work culture on employee performance at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). The instability of employee performance, along with communication and collaboration challenges within a hybrid work environment, serve as the primary background for efforts to improve the quality of human resource performance. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The respondents consist of 94 employees at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring the variables of conflict management, hybrid work culture, and employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that: (1) the effectiveness of conflict management falls into the moderate category; (2) the strength of the hybrid work culture is also in the moderate category; (3) employee performance is categorized as moderate; (4) conflict management significantly influences employee performance; (5) hybrid work culture significantly influences employee performance; and (6) conflict management and hybrid work culture simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings imply the need to enhance conflict management practices and optimize the implementation of hybrid work culture as strategic efforts to improve performance. The implications of this research suggest the organization strengthen communication systems, ensure responsive conflict resolution, and provide adequate infrastructure and policies to support flexibility without compromising productivity. A structured conflict management system and an adaptive hybrid work culture are expected to foster a more harmonious and productive work environment amid digital transformation.
