    Abstract

    Tren pariwisata yang berpindah dari wisata masal (mass tourism) ke wisata alternative (alternative tourism) membuat desa wisata menjadi pilihan dalam pengembangan pariwisata saat ini dan juga menjadi prioritas bagi Kemenparekraf untuk mengembangkan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan ke desa wisata serta meningkatnya jumlah pendaftar jejaring desa wisata (Jadesta) milik kemenparekraf menjadi bukti bahwa tren itu sedang terjadi dan mengalami peningkatan. Dari berbagai perdesaan, Desa Wisata Cirangkong adalah desa yang memiliki banyak potensi wisata, tetapi karena pengelolaannya saat ini tidak memiliki strategi pengembangan atau perencanaan, maka terjadi suatu fenomena yaitu tutupnya objek wisata andalan yaitu Gunung Pilar Banjaran dan juga banyak potensi yang tidak berkembang dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prioritas pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan menganalisis potensi wisata serta prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan untuk menghasilkan kriteria dan alternatif strategi yang nantinya dianalisis menggunakan metode AHP dengan software SuperDecisions versi 3.2.0 untuk menghasilkan tingkatan prioritas. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan tekniknya yaitu purposive sampling. Responden yang berpartisipasi terdiri atas wisatawan, pengelola objek wisata, pokdarwis, pemerintah desa, media, dan akademisi. Hasil analisis metode AHP menghasilkan tingkatan prioritas dari strategi pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan urutannya dari yang tertinggi sampai terendah adalah pengembangan sarana prasarana dengan alternatifnya yaitu pembuatan kios cinderamata, ekonomi yaitu peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, daya tarik yaitu pengembangan atraksi wahana motocross, sosial yaitu pelestarian budaya lokal, lingkungan yaitu pengembangan sumber daya energi terbarukan, dan terakhir adalah aksesibilitas dengan alternatifnya yaitu pembuatan konsep sarana angkutan umum. The shift in tourism trends from mass tourism to alternative tourism has made tourist villages a popular choice in current tourism development and a priority for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in developing Indonesia's tourism sector. The increase in the number of tourists visiting tourist villages and the growing number of registrants in the Ministry's tourist village network (Jadesta) are evidence that this trend is occurring and gaining momentum. Among various rural areas, Cirangkong Tourism Village is a village with significant tourism potential. Due to the current lack of development strategies or planning, a phenomenon has emerged where the main tourist attraction, Gunung Pilar Banjaran, has closed, and many potential attractions have not developed over the years. This study aims to examine the priorities for sustainable tourism development by analyzing tourism potential aspect and sustainable tourism principles that those will be analyzed by using the AHP method with SuperDecisions Software 3.2.0 version. The respondents included are tourists, tourist attraction managers, village tourism groups, village governments, media, and academics. The results of the AHP method is produced priority levels for sustainable tourism development strategies, ranked from highest to lowest: infrastructure development with the alternative of constructing souvenir shops, economy with the improvement of community welfare, attractions, namely the development of motocross attractions, social aspects, namely the preservation of local culture, environmental aspects, namely the development of renewable energy resources, and finally accessibility, with the alternative of developing a public transportation concept.
