    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan di PT Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater Subang. Hal ini juga ditandai dengan kurang optimalnya tingkat Kinerja Karyawan oleh karena itu penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui bagaimana Komunikasi Organisasi Berbasis Internet berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Komitmen Organisasi. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 303 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater Subang. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket melalui google form, adapun metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan survey. Sementara analisis data menggunakan path analysys, hasil dari pengolahan data deskriptif diperoleh informasi bahwa Komunikasi Organisasi Berbasis Internet berada pada kategori efektif, gambaran komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil dari uji hipotesis diperoleh informasi bahwasanya komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Berbasis Internet terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. The problem examined in this study is the low employee performance at PT Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater Subang. This is also marked by the suboptimal level of employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how InternetBased Organizational Communication affects Employee Performance, mediated by Organizational Commitment. The sample size in this study consisted of 303 employees working at PT Sari Ater Hot Springs Ciater Subang. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms, and the research method used was a survey. Meanwhile, data analysis employed path analysis. The results of the descriptive data processing indicated that Internet Based Organizational Communication falls into the effective category, while the organizational commitment and employee performance are in the high category. Furthermore, the hypothesis test results revealed that organizational commitment mediates the effect of Internet-Based Organizational Communication on Employee Performance.
