    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen asesmen awal anak usia dini yang valid dan reliabel pada aspek kognitif, sosial-emosional, dan psikomotor. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan instrumen melalui tahapan studi pendahuluan, perancangan, validasi ahli, serta uji coba terbatas dan uji coba luas. Instrumen disusun berdasarkan teori perkembangan anak, dianalisis validitasnya menggunakan Model rasch, dan reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sebagian besar butir memenuhi kriteria validitas, sementara beberapa butir yang misfit telah direvisi. Reliabilitas instrumen berada pada kategori tinggi. Instrumen akhir memuat pernyataan yang mencakup indikator perkembangan pada ketiga aspek yang diukur. Instrumen ini layak digunakan untuk memetakan perkembangan awal anak secara komprehensif serta menjadi acuan bagi guru PAUD dalam merancang pembelajaran dan intervensi sesuai kebutuhan anak. Kata kunci: asesmen awal, anak usia dini, kognitif, sosial-emosional, psikomotor, Model rasch This study aims to develop a valid and reliable early childhood assessment instrument on cognitive, social-emotional, and psychomotor aspects. The method used is the development of instruments through the stages of preliminary studies, design, expert validation, as well as limited trials and extensive trials. The instruments were prepared based on the theory of Child Development, their validity was analysed using the Rasch Model, and their reliability was calculated by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results of the analysis showed most of the grains met the validity criteria, while some misfit grains have been revised. The reliability of the instrument is in the high category. The final instrument contains a statement that includes indicators of progress in all three aspects measured. This instrument is feasible to be used to map the early development of children comprehensively and become a reference for early childhood teachers in designing learning and interventions according to children's needs.
