Abstract
Perpustakaan sekolah berperan penting dalam akses informasi bagi seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk siswa, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Namun, di Kota Bandung, keterbukaan informasi mengenai perpustakaan SMA Negeri masih belum optimal. Dari 27 perpustakaan SMA Negeri, hanya 9 yang memiliki website sehingga tingkat adopsi teknologi dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan tergolong rendah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya kebutuhan strategis untuk membangun sistem informasi direktori sebagai upaya pengelolaan data dan peningkatan keterbukaan informasi di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi direktori perpustakaan SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yang dapat memudahkan pencarian informasi dan membantu sekolah yang belum memiliki website dalam menyediakan akses informasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design and Development yang mengadaptasi model waterfall. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari dua ahli sistem informasi, tiga ahli informasi, dan lima pengelola perpustakaan SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi direktori berbasis website layak digunakan sebagai media informasi perpustakaan, dengan penilaian dari ahli sistem informasi sebesar 89,3%, ahli informasi 93,3%, dan pengelola perpustakaan 91,7%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sistem informasi direktori dapat digunakan dengan baik, meskipun masih memiliki ruang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. School libraries play an important role in providing access to information for all members of the school community, including students, teachers, and educational staff. However, in Bandung, the openness of information regarding state senior high school libraries has not yet been optimal. Of the 27 state senior high school libraries, only nine have their own websites, indicating a relatively low level of technology adoption in library management. This condition highlights the strategic need to develop an information directory system as an effort to manage data and improve information transparency in the digital era. This study aims to design an information directory system for state senior high school libraries in Bandung that facilitates information retrieval and assists schools without websites in providing access to information. The research employed a Design and Development approach adapted from the waterfall model. Participants consisted of two information system experts, three information experts, and five state senior high school library managers in Bandung. Data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale, while data analysis employed descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that the web-based information directory system is feasible to be used as a medium for library information, with assessments of 89.3% from information system experts, 93.3% from information experts, and 91.7% from library managers. These results affirm that the information directory system can be effectively used, while still allowing room for further development.
