Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai bagian umum di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak (BBGP) Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena rendahnya tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai bagian umum di BBGP Jawa Barat dengan sampel berjumlah 57 responden menggunakan rumus slovin. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan rating scale 1-4 yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya untuk mengukur variabel kepemimpinan melayani dan disiplin kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi kepemimpinan melayani di BBGP Jawa Barat berada pada kategori baik; (2) tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai bagian umum berada pada kategori cukup tinggi; (3) kepemimpinan melayani berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya memahami peran kepemimpinan melayani sebagai faktor determinan disiplin kerja pegawai di organisasi publik. This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership on work discipline of general affairs employees at Balai Besar Guru Penggerak (BBGP) Jawa Barat. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low levels of employee work discipline that can affect organizational effectiveness. The research method employs a descriptive quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research population consists of all general affairs employees at BBGP Jawa Barat, with a sample of 57 respondents using slovin’s formula. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a 1-4 rating scale that has been tested for validity and reliability to measure servant leadership and work discipline variables. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) the implementation of servant leadership at BBGP Jawa Barat is in the good category; (2) the level of work discipline of general affairs employees is in the fairly high category; (3) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. This research contributes to the development of human resource management science, particularly in understanding the role of servant leadership as a determinant factor of employee work discipline in public organizations.
