    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Program Kampus Mengajar dengan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PGSD Kampus Sumedang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD Kampus Sumedang yang mengikuti Program Kampus Mengajar tahun 2024. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterlibatan mahasiswa pada Program Kampus Mengajar sangat tinggi dan juga perspektif mahasiswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar mereka berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman’s Rho memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,764 dengan nilai signifikansi p = < 0,001 (p < 0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan kuat antara Program Kampus Mengajar dengan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 58,37% terhadap keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar, maka semakin tinggi pula keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa PGSD Kampus Sumedang. Kata Kunci: Program Kampus Mengajar, Keterampilan Mengajar, Mahasiswa PGSD This research aims to determine the relationship between the Campus Teaching Program and the teaching skills of PGSD students at the Sumedang Campus. The research uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population in this study consists of PGSD students from the Sumedang campus who are participating in the Campus Teaching Program in 2024. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman Rho correlation test. The research results show that the level of student involvement in the Campus Teaching Program is very high, and students' perspectives on their teaching skills are also in the very high category. The Spearman Rho correlation test results obtained a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.764 with a significance value of p = < 0.001 (p < 0.05), which means there is a positive and strong relationship between the Campus Teaching Program and students' teaching skills. The coefficient of determination indicates that the Campus Teaching Program contributes 58.37% to students' teaching skills, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the higher the implementation of the Campus Teaching Program, the higher the teaching skills of PGSD students at the Sumedang campus.
