Abstract
Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah rendahnya penggunaan platform digital untuk pembayaran Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah (ZIS) serta realisasi penghimpunan ZIS di Kota Bandung masih jauh di bawah potensi yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat dan pengaruh facilitating condition, trust in zakat institution, dan habit terhadap usage behavior platform digital pembayaran ZIS, dengan behavior intention sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini, yaitu donatur Muslim generasi X dan Y yang telah menggunakan platform digital untuk pembayaran ZIS sebanyak 187 orang. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada teori atau model ekstensi dari Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kausalitas, yang dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui bantuan perangkat Smart-PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan facilitating condition berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi, sementara trust in zakat institutions, habit, behavior intention dan usage behavior dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa habit secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap usage behavior, sedangkan facilitating conditions dan trust in zakat institution tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Behavior intention mampu memediasi hubungan seluruh variabel independen terhadap usage behavior. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi lembaga zakat untuk memahami dinamika adopsi platform digital antar generasi, sehingga dapat merumuskan strategi efektif untuk peningkatan niat donatur. This study stems from the issue of low usage of digital platforms for Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) payments, as well as the realization of ZIS collection in Bandung City, which remains far below its potential. The study aims to analyze the level and influence of facilitating conditions, trust in zakat institutions, and habit on the usage behavior of digital ZIS payment platforms, with behavioral intention as a mediating variable. The subjects of this study were 187 Muslim donors from Generations X and Y who had previously used digital platforms for ZIS payments. The research framework builds on an extended model of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal-descriptive research design, analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The descriptive results indicate that facilitating conditions were at a very high level, while trust in zakat institutions, habit, behavioral intention, and usage behavior were in the high category. Hypothesis testing reveals that habit has a direct, positive, and significant effect on usage behavior, whereas facilitating conditions and trust in zakat institutions do not have a significant influence. Behavioral intention successfully mediates the relationship between all independent variables and usage behavior. This study is expected to be a reference for zakat institutions to understand the dynamics of digital platform adoption across generations, which can assist in formulating strategies to increase donor intention.
