Abstract

Pentingnya peran dan kolaborasi dalam pengelolaan daya tarik kawasan wisata berdasarkan konsep pentahelix merupakan bentuk kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan pariwisata daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan kolaborasi pentahelix dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan kawasan wisata, serta tanggapan wisatawan terhadap daya tarik Kawasan Hutan Bambu di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sampel aktor pentahelix menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling untuk wisatawan dengan jumlah keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pentahelix melalui indikator perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan berada pada kategori “sedang” sebesar 41,8% dengan rincian: masyarakat 73,6% (tinggi), pemerintah 49,6% (sedang), swasta 49,6% (sedang), akademisi 43,2% (sedang), dan media 32% (rendah). Kemudian, tingkat kolaborasi pentahelix dikategorikan “sedang” sebesar 58,9% dengan rincian: masyarakat sebagai akselerator 100% (sangat tinggi), pemerintah sebagai regulator dan kontroler 80% (tinggi), akademisi sebagai konseptor 42,8% (sedang), swasta sebagai enabler 37,5% (rendah), dan media sebagai expander 37,5% (rendah). Tanggapan wisawatan terhadap atraksi wisata memiliki kategori “tinggi” sebesar 77,2% dan sapta pesona dikategorikan “tinggi” sebesar 69,8%. Artinya, wisatawan menganggap bahwa Kawasan Hutan Bambu memiliki daya tarik untuk dikunjungi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah dapat membentuk forum diskusi antar pentahelix guna merumuskan arah, tujuan, serta evaluasi pengembangan kawasan wisata secara lebih terstruktur dan terarah. The importance of roles and collaboration in managing the attractiveness of tourist areas based on the pentahelix concept represents a tangible contribution to regional tourism development. This study aims to analyze the role and collaboration of the pentahelix model in the management and development of tourist areas, as well as tourist responses to the attractions of the Bamboo Forest Area in Bekasi City. The research employed a survey descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample size for pentahelix actors was determined using purposive sampling, while tourist respondents were selected using accidental sampling, totaling 67 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the role of the pentahelix, based on the indicators of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling, falls into the "moderate" category at 41.8%, with the following details: community 73.6% (high), government 49.6% (moderate), private sector 49.6% (moderate), academia 43.2% (moderate), and media 32% (low). Furthermore, the level of pentahelix collaboration is categorized as "moderate" at 58.9%, with the following details: community as accelerator 100% (very high), government as regulator and controller 80% (high), academia as conceptor 42.8% (moderate), private sector as enabler 37.5% (low), and media as expander 37.5% (low). Tourist responses to the attraction are in the "high" category at 77,2%, and the Sapta Pesona aspects are also considered "high" at 69,8%. This indicates that tourists perceive the Bamboo Forest Area as an attractive destination worth visiting. This study recommends that the government establish a discussion forum among pentahelix stakeholders to formulate the direction, objectives, and evaluation of tourism area development in a more structured and goal-oriented manner.
