    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub-sektor logam dan sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017–2023. Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan rasio Price to Book Value (PBV), ukuran perusahaan dengan total aset, struktur modal dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan profitabilitas dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan oleh BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, masing-masing dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.0012 dan 0.0102. Sementara itu, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.1097. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba serta mengelola struktur pendanaan secara efektif lebih dihargai oleh investor dibandingkan dengan besarnya total aset. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk memprioritaskan peningkatan profitabilitas dan pengelolaan struktur modal secara optimal guna meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi bagi investor dan akademisi dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan di sektor manufaktur logam dan sejenisnya. This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, capital structure, and profitability on firm value in metal and similar sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2023. Company value is proxied by the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio, company size with total assets, capital structure with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and profitability with Net Profit Margin (NPM). The method used is a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis techniques. Data obtained from annual financial reports published by the IDX. The results showed that profitability and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, with a significance value of 0.0012 and 0.0102, respectively. Meanwhile, firm size has no significant effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.1097. This finding indicates that the company's ability to generate profits and manage the funding structure effectively is more valued by investors than the amount of total assets. Therefore, companies are advised to prioritize increasing profitability and managing capital structure optimally to increase firm value. This study also provides implications for investors and academics in understanding the factors that influence firm value in the metal and similar manufacturing sector.
