Abstract
Permintaan terhadap pemanis alami seperti stevia semakin meningkat karena manfaat kesehatannya dan potensi ekonominya, sehingga diperlukan inovasi dalam sistem budidaya yang efisien dan presisi. Namun, pemantauan dan pengendalian kelembapan serta pH tanah secara manual masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam akurasi dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem monitoring dan kontrol otomatis kelembapan serta pH tanah tanaman stevia berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan metode Fuzzy Logic Sugeno. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti tahapan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) untuk memastikan sistem yang dihasilkan efektif dan terstruktur. Sistem menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 sebagai pusat pengendali, serta sensor kelembapan dan pH tanah untuk pemantauan real-time. Data yang diperoleh diproses menggunakan algoritma fuzzy Sugeno untuk mengatur pompa air dan pompa peningkat pH secara otomatis agar tanah tetap berada dalam kondisi optimal, yaitu kelembapan 40–60% dan pH 6,5–7,5. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif menjaga kondisi tanah dalam rentang optimal selama lebih dari 90% waktu pengamatan dengan akurasi sensor yang tinggi. Dashboard berbasis web memungkinkan monitoring jarak jauh secara real-time, sehingga sistem memberikan solusi praktis dan efisien dalam pertanian cerdas stevia. ----- The demand for natural sweeteners such as stevia is steadily increasing due to its health benefits and economic potential, creating the need for innovations in efficient and precise cultivation systems. However, manual monitoring and control of soil moisture and pH still face limitations in terms of accuracy and efficiency. This study aims to design and develop an automatic monitoring and control system for soil moisture and pH in stevia cultivation, based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and utilizing the Sugeno Fuzzy Logic method. The system development process follows the ADDIE model stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure the resulting system is effective and well-structured. The system uses the ESP32 microcontroller as the main controller, along with soil moisture and pH sensors for real-time monitoring. The data obtained are processed using the Sugeno fuzzy algorithm to automatically control the water pump and pH buffer pump, keeping the soil within optimal conditions, namely 40–60% moisture and pH 6.5–7.5. Testing results show that this system effectively maintains soil conditions within the optimal range for more than 90% of the observation period with high sensor accuracy. A web-based dashboard enables remote real-time monitoring, making the system a practical and efficient solution for smart stevia agriculture.
