Abstract
Inefisiensi proses verifikasi boarding pass manual yang ditandai oleh kelambatan, kerentanan terhadap human error, dan ketiadaan data operasional real-time menjadi tantangan signifikan di Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem terintegrasi yang terdiri dari aplikasi pemindaian boarding pass berbasis mobile dan dashboard monitoring berbasis web untuk mengoptimalkan layanan operasional. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur dan antarmuka, pengembangan sistem menggunakan kerangka kerja Flutter dan Laravel, serta implementasi dan evaluasi melalui pengujian fungsional dan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem fungsional yang terdiri dari aplikasi mobile dengan kapabilitas pemindaian QR Code dan sebuah dashboard web interaktif untuk visualisasi data analitik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi seluruh spesifikasi kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional yang ditetapkan. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan ini telah berhasil divalidasi secara teknis, mendemonstrasikan sebuah pendekatan yang fungsional dan layak untuk mengatasi inefisiensi proses boarding manual. Keberhasilan pengujian fungsional dan struktural membuktikan kapabilitas sistem dalam melakukan otomasi pemindaian dan menyediakan data operasional secara real-time. Inovasi ini merepresentasikan sebuah langkah fundamental menuju praktik manajemen bandara modern yang proaktif dan berbasis data. The inefficiency of the manual boarding pass verification process, characterized by slowness, vulnerability to human error, and the absence of real-time operational data, poses a significant challenge at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This research aims to design and build an integrated system, consisting of a mobile-based boarding pass scanning application and a web-based monitoring dashboard, to enhance operational services. This study adopts the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development methodology, which includes requirements analysis, architecture and interface design, system development using the Flutter and Laravel frameworks, as well as implementation and evaluation through functional and structural testing. The result of this research is a functional system comprising a mobile application with QR Code scanning capabilities and an interactive web dashboard for analytical data visualization. The evaluation results indicate that the developed system has met all specified functional and non-functional requirements. It is concluded that the proposed system has been successfully validated technically, demonstrating a functional and feasible approach to mitigate the inefficiencies of the manual boarding process. The success of functional and structural testing confirms the system's capability in automating scanning and providing real-time operational data. This innovation represents a fundamental step towards modern, proactive, and data-driven airport management practices.
