Abstract
Pendidikan kejuruan Indonesia menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang kompetitif di era ekonomi digital dan Industri 4.0, tercermin dari masih tingginya pengangguran lulusan SMK. Kesenjangan kompetensi ini mendorong pengembangan Model Integrasi Vocational-Entrepreneurship-Digital (VEDI) yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan menggunakan metode Bibliometrix, metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Selanjutnya dilakukan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan mixed methods ini bertujuan: (1) Membangun kerangka teoretis berbasis sintesis praktik terbaik global dan teori sistem; (2) Merancang model operasional dengan hubungan multiplikatif antar komponen; (3) Menyusun skema implementasi melalui kurikulum terintegrasi dan Project-Based Learning; (4) Merumuskan sistem jaminan mutu berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model VEDI dengan tiga komponen inti yang bersinergi: Kompetensi Vokasional (V) sebagai fondasi keahlian teknis, Mindset Kewirausahaan (E) sebagai katalisator peluang bisnis, dan Enabler Digital (D) sebagai penguat skalabilitas. Interaksi multiplikatif (V×E×D) menghasilkan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan, diimplementasikan melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek bisnis nyata (Project-Based Learning). Kontribusi inovatif mencakup: (1) Kerangka integrasi parsimonius berbasis bukti; (2) Formulasi pernyataan efek pengganda antar domain; (3) Mekanisme penilaian multidimensi; (4) Sistem pemantauan berbasis teknologi untuk keberlanjutan. Model ini menawarkan solusi sistematis bagi peningkatan relevansi pendidikan kejuruan dengan kebutuhan ekonomi digital. Kata kunci : Kejuruan, Kewirausahaan, Digital, Model VEDI. Indonesian vocational education faces significant challenges in preparing competitive graduates for the digital economy and Industry 4.0, as reflected in the persistently high unemployment rate among vocational high school graduates. This competency gap prompted the development of a comprehensive Vocational-Entrepreneurship-Digital Integration (VEDI) Model. This research employed mixed methods, employing Bibliometrix, quantitative, and qualitative methods. Furthermore, Research and Development (R&D) with this mixed methods approach aimed to: (1) Develop a theoretical framework based on a synthesis of global best practices and systems theory; (2) Design an operational model with multiplicative relationships between components; (3) Develop an implementation scheme through an integrated curriculum and Project-Based Learning; and (4) Formulate a sustainable quality assurance system. The research resulted in a VEDI model with three synergistic core components: Vocational Competence (V) as the foundation of technical expertise; Entrepreneurial Mindset (E) as a catalyst for business opportunities; and Digital Enabler (D) as a scalability enhancer. Multiplicative interactions (V×E×D) generate sustainable entrepreneurship, implemented through Project-Based Learning. Innovative contributions include: (1) An evidence-based parsimonious integration framework; (2) Formulation of multiplier effect statements across domains; (3) A multidimensional assessment mechanism; (4) A technology-based monitoring system for sustainability. This model offers a systematic solution for increasing the relevance of vocational education to the needs of the digital economy. Keywords: Vocational, Entrepreneurship, Digital, VEDI Model.
