    Abstract

    Tanaman brokoli memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang tinggi, namun rentan terhadap hama dan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas komposit biopestisida berbahan ekstrak daun kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmannii) yang dikombinasikan dengan bionutrien S-367B terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen tanaman brokoli (Brassica oleracea L.). Ekstrak daun kayu manis diperoleh melalui proses maserasi, kemudian dikarakterisasi menggunakan uji fitokimia, spektrofotometer FTIR untuk identifikasi gugus fungsi, serta analisis total fenolik dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan beberapa konsentrasi komposit (25%, 50%, dan 75%) serta kontrol pelarut. Parameter yang diamati meliputi panjang dan lebar daun, tinggi tanaman, laju pertumbuhan, massa hasil panen, pH tanah, dan kelembaban tanah. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan ekstrak mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, tanin, dan saponin, dengan kandungan total fenolik 17,64 ± 0,61 mg GAE/g. Perlakuan komposit konsentrasi 50% dosis 5 mL/L memberikan hasil terbaik pada seluruh parameter pertumbuhan dan massa panen dibandingkan kontrol dan perlakuan lain. Massa hasil panen tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi biopestisida ekstrak daun kayu manis dan bionutrien S-367B berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas brokoli. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a biopesticide composite made from cinnamon leaf (Cinnamomum burmannii) extract combined with S-367B bionutrient on the growth and yield of broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.). The cinnamon leaf extract was obtained through maceration, then characterized using phytochemical screening, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to identify functional groups, and total phenolic content analysis via UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The experiment employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with several composite concentrations (25%, 50%, and 75%) and a solvent control. Observed parameters included leaf length and width, plant height, growth rate, harvest weight, soil pH, and soil moisture. Characterization results indicated the extract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins, with a total phenolic content of 17.64 ± 0.61 mg GAE/g. The 50% composite concentration at a dosage of 5 mL/L produced the best results for all growth parameters and harvest weight compared to the control and other treatments. The highest harvest weight was obtained in this treatment, indicating that the combination of cinnamon leaf extract biopesticide and S-367B bionutrient positively affected broccoli growth and productivity.
