Abstract
Pencatatan dan pengendalian persediaan berperan penting dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional gudang, khususnya bagi pelaku usaha di sektor makanan yang bergantung pada ketersediaan bahan baku. Toko FB merupakan sebuah Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di bidang pengolahan aneka roti dan kue. Toko FB selama mengelola persediaan, belum menerapkan pencatatan persediaan baik manual maupun digital yang menyulitkan pemantauan jumlah bahan baku yang tersedia, kelebihan dan kekurangan serta bahan yang kadaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Aplikasi STOKAYS berbasis AppSheet untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, memantau barang min-max, dan mengetahui barang yang mendekati maupun melewati kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development yang terdiri dari tahap analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian black box dan usability. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi STOKAYS berjalan dengan lancar dan usability testing mendapatkan skor SUS sebesar 77,5 yang menandakan bahwa aplikasi layak digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan dan pengendalian persediaan di Toko FB. Inventory recording and control play an important role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, especially for businesses in the food sector that depend on the availability of raw materials. FB Store is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the field of processing various types of bread and cakes. During inventory management, FB Store has not implemented either manual or digital inventory tracking systems, making it difficult to monitor the quantity of available raw materials, excess or shortages, and expired items. This study aims to design the STOKAYS Application based on AppSheet to facilitate the recording of incoming and outgoing goods, monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, and identify goods nearing or exceeding their expiration dates. This study employs the Research and Development method, which includes system requirement analysis, design, development, black-box testing, and usability testing. Black-box testing results indicate that the STOKAYS application runs smoothly, and usability testing yields a SUS score of 77,5 indicating that the application is suitable for facilitating inventory recording and control at FB Store.
