    Abstract

    Keterampilan sosial sangat penting dimiliki oleh siswa terutama pada tingkat sekolah dasar karena diperlukan siswa untuk dapat beradaptasi di lingkungan terkhusus lingkungan sekolah. Untuk itu, sebagai tindak lanjut dari keutamaan gagasan tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui keterampilan sosial siswa fase C dalam proses pembelajaran IPAS karena sebagian siswa diketahui masih terdapat banyak yang memiliki keterampilan sosial rendah terutama dalam hal berkelompok. Aspek yang diukur menggunakan pendapat menurut Caldarella dan Merrell yaitu Hubungan teman sebaya (Peer relationship skills), Manajemen diri (Self-management skills), Kemampuan akademik (Academic skills), Kepatuhan (Compliance skills), dan Perilaku asertif (Assertion skills). Metode kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan desain penelitian yaitu studi kasus, objek dan sumber data yang di teliti adalah siswa kelas 5 dan 6 di SD Negeri Cisonggom melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan pencatatan lapangan peneliti dapat mengumpulkan data tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa siswa yang berada pada fase C dalam proses pembelajaran IPAS-nya memiliki keterampilan sosial yang baik dengan mampu berinteraksi, kerja sama, bersikap yang tenang, patuh terhadap aturan, dan percaya diri. Social skills are very important for students, especially at the elementary school level because they are needed to be able to adapt to the environment, especially the school environment. Therefore, as a follow-up to the priority of this idea, this study focuses on determining the social skills of phase C students in the IPAS learning process because it is known that many students still have low social skills, especially in terms of groups. The aspects measured using opinions according to Caldarella and Merrell are Peer relationship skills, Self-management skills, Academic skills, Compliance skills, and Assertion skills. Qualitative methods are used in this study with a case study research design, the objects and sources of data studied are students in grades 5 and 6 at Cisonggom State Elementary School through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and field notes, researchers can collect the data. From the results of this study, it is known that students who are in phase C in their IPAS learning process have good social skills by being able to interact, cooperate, have a calm attitude, obey the rules, and be confident.
