Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pertumbuhan usaha UMKM kuliner di lingkungan kampus Kota Bandung, yang dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan pembayaran digital dan e-commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemanfaatan QRIS dan online food delivery memengaruhi pertumbuhan usaha UMKM Kuliner, serta bagaimana gambaran penerapan keduanya oleh pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM kuliner di lima lingkungan kampus di Kota Bandung, yaitu UPI, ITB, UNPAR, UNISBA, dan Maranatha, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh parsial, serta uji-F untuk menguji pengaruh simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS dan online food delivery memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha UMKM kuliner di lingkungan kampus Kota Bandung. This research focuses on the business growth of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the university areas of Bandung City, influenced by the utilization of digital payment and e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the adoption of QRIS and online food delivery affects the business growth of Culinary MSMEs, as well as to illustrate how both technologies are applied by business actors. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The population in this study consists of culinary MSME actors operating in five university environments in Bandung City, namely UPI, ITB, UNPAR, UNISBA, and Maranatha, with a sample of 85 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, and hypothesis testing was carried out using t-tests to analyze partial effects and F-tests for simultaneous effects. The results show that both QRIS and online food delivery have a positive and significant influence on the business growth of culinary MSMEs in the university areas of Bandung City.
