    Abstract

The increasing participation of Muslim Generation Z in the Islamic capital market reflects a growing interest in investments that align with Islamic principles. Amid this trend, questions arise regarding the extent to which Islamic financial literacy, risk tolerance, and financial self-efficacy influence investment decisions. In response to this phenomenon, this study aims to provide an overview of the levels of Islamic financial literacy, risk tolerance, financial self-efficacy, and investment decision-making. Furthermore, it analyzes the influence of Islamic financial literacy, risk tolerance, and financial self-efficacy on Islamic stock investment decisions through a quantitative approach with a causal research design, complemented by descriptive analysis to explore the characteristics of the data. The relationships among variables were examined using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the aid of SmartPLS 3 software. Data were collected from 171 Muslim Generation Z respondents in DKI Jakarta. The descriptive results indicate that the levels of Islamic financial literacy and risk tolerance are high, while the level of financial self-efficacy is very high. Meanwhile, the causal analysis reveals that Islamic financial literacy, risk tolerance, and financial self-efficacy both individually and collectively have a positive and significant influence on Islamic stock investment decisions among Muslim Generation Z in DKI Jakarta. These findings may serve as a reference for the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and Islamic financial institutions in designing more systematic educational strategies, covering practical understanding of Islamic investment, the Sharia Securities List, and the principles of the Islamic capital market
