Abstract
PT Krakatau Argo Logistics merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan transportasi multimoda yang masih menghadapi permasalahan kerusakan mendadak pada unit operasional dump truck Hino 500 FM260JD selama proses pengiriman barang. Dalam periode Januari 2024 hingga Januari 2025, tercatat 61 kejadian kegagalan dengan total downtime mencapai 316,5 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen kritis pada unit dump truck Hino 500 FM260JD, mengetahui konsekuensi dan risiko yang ditimbulkan akibat kegagalan komponen kritis tersebut, serta menentukan waktu preventive maintenance pada komponen kritis dengan mempertimbangkan risiko menggunakan metode Risk-Based Maintenance. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk identifikasi komponen paling kritis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk analisis risiko dan konsekuensinya, serta Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) untuk penentuan interval maintenance. Hasil perhitungan TOPSIS menunjukkan bahwa komponen Ban, Accu, Roda, dan Master kopling merupakan komponen dengan tingkat kerusakan dan kegagalan tertinggi. Dari hasil FMEA diperoleh komponen Accu/Aki, Kompresor Angin, dan Master Kopling termasuk dalam kategori risiko sedang, maka dilakukan penentuan interval maintenance pada komponen tersebut. Hasil perhitungan interval maintenance berdasarkan target reliability sebesar 85% bahwa 97,17 jam atau setiap 4.850 km untuk Accu/Aki dan 19,96 jam atau setiap 1.000 km untuk Master Kopling. Pendekatan ini memberikan acuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas perawatan dan mengurangi risiko kerusakan mendadak. PT Krakatau Argo Logistics is a company engaged in multimodal transportation services that is still facing sudden breakdowns of Hino 500 FM260JD dump trucks during the delivery process. From January 2024 to January 2025, 61 failure incidents were recorded, with a total downtime of 316.5 hours. This study aims to identify the critical components of the Hino 500 FM260JD dump truck, determine the consequences and risks arising from failures of these critical components, and establish preventive maintenance schedules for the critical components by considering risks using the Risk-Based Maintenance method. The research method employs a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques including Technique for Order Preference (TOPSIS) for identifying the most critical components, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for analyzing risks and their consequences, and Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) for determining maintenance intervals. The TOPSIS calculation results show that Tires, Battery, Wheels, and Clutch Master are the components with the highest levels of damage and failure. From the FMEA results, the Battery, Air Compressor, and Clutch Master components fall into the medium risk category, leading to the determination of maintenance intervals for these components. The maintenance interval calculation based on a target reliability of 85% indicates 97.17 hours or every 4,850 km for the Battery, and 19.96 hours or every 1,000 km for the Clutch Master. This approach provides a reference for improving maintenance effectiveness and reducing the risk of sudden breakdowns.
