    Abstract

    DC X merupakan perusahaan ritel yang memiliki fungsi utama sebagai pusat penyimpanan dan distribusi barang ke seluruh toko. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, DC X menghadapi permasalahan operasional berupa kesalahan dalam pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan, terutama pada produk Serum Varian A. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan terjadinya pemborosan waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional gudang melalui pendekatan Lean Warehousing dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Beberapa Tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Value Stream Mapping (VSM) untuk memetakan alur proses, Process Activity Mapping (PAM) untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas bernilai tambah dan tidak bernilai tambah, serta Gemba Shikumi untuk menentukan pemborosan (Waste) paling kritis berdasarkan parameter MV (Muda Vector), CV (Correlation Vector), dan PV (Priority Vector). Selain itu, dilakukan analisis akar masalah menggunakan metode 5 Why’s untuk mengetahui penyebab utama dari Waste yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 46 aktivitas operasional, teridentifikasi 13 Waste, dan 3 di antaranya merupakan Waste paling kritis. Akar masalah berasal dari kesalahan Picking, ketidaksesuaian label, dan lemahnya koordinasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan rekomendasi perbaikan berupa pemasangan Reminder visual, pembuatan Checklist manual, penambahan pembatas rak, serta brifing singkat harian. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Lean Warehousing secara sistematis dapat mengurangi pemborosan dalam operasi gudang di DC X. DC X is a retail company that functions primarily as a central hub for storing and distributing goods to all stores. However, in practice, DC X faces operational issues in the form of errors in fulfilling customer orders, particularly for Product Serum Variant A. These problems result in Wasted time and costs. This study aims to improve warehouse operational efficiency through a Lean Warehousing approach using a descriptive quantitative method. Several tools applied in this research include Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map the process flow, Process Activity Mapping (PAM) to identify value-added and non-value-added activities, and Gemba Shikumi to determine the most critical Waste based on MV (Muda Vector), CV (Correlation Vector), and PV (Priority Vector) parameters. Furthermore, root cause analysis was conducted using the 5 Whys method to identify the main causes of the identified Wastes. The results show that out of 46 operational activities, 13 Wastes were identified, three of which are considered the most critical. The root causes stem from Picking errors, label inconsistencies, and weak interdepartmental coordination. The study proposes improvement recommendations such as the implementation of visual reminders, the creation of manual Checklists, the addition of rack dividers, and daily short briefings. In conclusion, the systematic implementation of Lean Warehousing can significantly reduce Waste in warehouse operations at DC X.
