Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan pendapatan yang dialami pelaku usaha industri kreatif kuliner di Kota Bandung dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Fenomena tersebut diduga dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya perilaku kewirausahaan serta meningkatnya persaingan usaha dalam sektor yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap pendapatan, dengan persaingan usaha sebagai variabel moderator. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan melibatkan 150 responden dari kalangan pengusaha kuliner di Kota Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala numerik 1–5 dan dianalisis dengan regresi moderasi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan, sementara persaingan usaha berpengaruh negatif terhadap pendapatan, persaingan usaha terbukti memoderasi pengaruh tersebut secara negatif. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 59% mengindikasikan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi pendapatan. Adapun keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada cakupan objek yang hanya berfokus pada satu subsektor industri kreatif. This study was motivated by the decline in income experienced by culinary creative industry entrepreneurs in Bandung City over the past three months. This phenomenon was assumed to be influenced by the lack of entrepreneurial behavior and the increasing business competition within the same sector. The study aimed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial behavior on income, with business competition as a moderating variable. An explanatory survey approach was employed, involving 150 respondents from culinary entrepreneurs in Bandung City. Data were collected through questionnaires using a numerical scale of 1–5 and analyzed with moderation regression using SPSS. The findings showed that entrepreneurial behavior had a positive effect on income, while business competition had a negative effect on income, and business competition was proven to negatively moderate the effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 59% indicated that the model was able to explain most of the income variation. The limitation of this study lay in the scope of the object, which only focused on one subsector of the creative industry.
