    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat e-modul digital skill berbasis canva for education untuk mengembangkan self efficacy guru sekolah dasar. Media canva for eduction merupakan salah satu jenis media yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat media pembelajaran interaktif yang memungkinkan penggabungan beberapa jenis media pembelajaran seperti video, teks, atau grafik. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode design based research. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (analysis–design–development–implementation–evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif sesuai prosedur pengembangan. Sampel penelitian yaitu guru sekolah dasar di Gugus V Kecamatan Cipatujah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian e-modul digital skill berbasis canva for education sangat efektif untuk mengembangkan self efficacy guru sekolah dasar yaitu sebesar 80,87%. Dampak terhadap self efficacy bagi guru di sekolah dasar adalah bertambahnya kepercayaan diri dan keyakinan sehingga mewujudkan profil pendidik yang lebih professional dan mampu menghasilkan regenerasi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman di era tantangan pendidikan di abad 21. This research aims to create a digital skills e-module based on Canva for Education to develop primary school teachers' self-efficacy. Media Canva for Education is one type of media that can be used to create interactive learning materials, allowing for the integration of several types of learning media such as videos, text, or graphics. The research method used is design-based research. The research design uses the ADDIE approach (analysis–design–development–implementation–evaluation). The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were performed using qualitative descriptive analysis according to the development procedure. The research sample consists of primary school teachers in Cluster V, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Based on the research results, the Canva for Education-based digital skill e-module is very effective in developing primary school teachers' self-efficacy, with a score of 80.87%. The impact on teachers' self-efficacy in primary schools is increased confidence and belief, thus creating a more professional educator profile and enabling the generation of teachers who are in line with the times in the era of educational challenges in the 21st century.
