    Abstract

This study aimed to examine the moderating role of peer social support in the relationship between happiness and self-disclosure among adolescents who maintain secondary Instagram accounts in the Bandung Raya area. Employing a quantitative design, the research utilized accidental sampling, a non-probability sampling technique, to recruit participants. The final sample comprised 384 adolescents aged 18 to 24 years, all of whom were active users of secondary Instagram accounts. Data were collected using three standardized instruments: the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ) Scale, the Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS), and the Peer Social Support Scale. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was conducted in SPSS version 25 to test the proposed hypotheses. Findings indicate that peer social support significantly moderates the effect of happiness on self-disclosure among these adolescents.
