    Abstract

    Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi operasional terhadap aktivitas pergudangan di Gudang Suku Cadang Pesawat Militer GPP 2 PUSBEKMATAU. Gudang suku cadang pesawat militer memiliki peran penting dalam mengawasi kegiatan operasional dan menjaga kesiapan angkatan udara. Namun, GPP 2 PUSBEKMATAU menghadapi tantangan besar seperti keterbatasan personel dan metode pencatatan yang masih manual. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pemborosan sumber daya dan kesulitan dalam pelacakan barang , serta berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian data. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 14 personel gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi operasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap aktivitas pergudangan, dengan 86% variabel aktivitas pergudangan dapat dijelaskan oleh efisiensi operasional. Sementara itu, 14% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Penggunaan Teknologi memiliki skor rata-rata terendah, yaitu 4,29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pencatatan manual masih menjadi hambatan utama yang bisa memperlambat proses operasional secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Warehouse Management System (WMS) yang sederhana seperti EQUIP WMS. Dengan adanya digitalisasi ini, akurasi data akan meningkat, proses penyimpanan menjadi lebih cepat, dan efisiensi kerja personel akan lebih optimal. This study analyzes the effect of operational efficiency on warehousing activities at the GPP 2 PUSBEKMATAU Military Aircraft Spare Parts Warehouse. Military aircraft spare parts warehouses play an important role in overseeing operational activities and maintaining the readiness of the air force. However, the GPP 2 PUSBEKMATAU Military Aircraft Spare Parts Warehouse faces major challenges such as limited personnel and manual recording methods. This can lead to wasted resources and difficulties in tracking goods, as well as potentially causing data discrepancies. This study uses descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 14 warehouse personnel. The results show that operational efficiency has a significant effect on warehousing activities, with 86% of the warehousing activity variable explained by operational efficiency. Meanwhile, the remaining 14% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The questionnaire results indicate that the Technology Usage dimension has the lowest average score, which is 4,29. This shows that the manual recording process is still a major obstacle that can slow down the overall operational process. Therefore, this study recommends the use of a simple Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as EQUIP WMS. With this digitalization, data accuracy will increase, storage processes will be faster, and personnel work efficiency will be more optimal.
