Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dimensi-dimensi pengalaman wisata yang berkesan dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku wisatawan di NIMO Highland Pangalengan. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survey terhadap 205 responden wisatawan berusia minimal 18 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi destinasi tersebut. Variabel pengalaman wisata berkesan diukur melalui delapan dimensi yaitu hedonism (kesenangan), novelty (kebaruan), local culture (budaya lokal), refreshment (perasaan baru), meaningfulness (kebermaknaan), involvement (keterlibatan), knowledge (pengetahuan), dan destination image (citra destinasi). Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi novelty (kebaruan) dan refreshment (perasaan baru) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang, berbagi pengalaman, dan merekomendasikan destinasi. Sedangkan dimensi hedonism (kesenangan), local culture (budaya lokal), meaningfulness (kebermaknaan), involvement (keterlibatan), knowledge (pengetahuan), dan destination image (citra destinasi) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengalaman baru dan perasaan segar bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan destinasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam memahami faktor-faktor pembentuk perilaku wisatawan di konteks wisata alam. This study aims to analyse the dimensions of memorable tourism experiences and their influence on tourists’ behavior at NIMO Highland Pangalengan. Employing a quantitative approach, the survey involved 205 respondents aged 18 and above who have visited the destination. Memorable tourism experience was measured trough eight dimensions: hedonism, novelty, local culture, refreshment, meaningfulness, involvement, knowledge, and destination image. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that novelty and refreshment significantly affect tourists’ behavior such as revisit intention, sharing experiences, and recommendation. In contrast hedonism, local culture, meaningfulness, involvement, knowledge, and destination image were not significant predictors. These results highlight the importance of new experiences and refreshing feelings for marketing strategies and destination management. This study contributes theoretically and practically to understanding key factors shaping tourists’ behavior within the context of nature based tourism.
