    Abstract

    Perubahan iklim dan kenaikan muka air laut meningkatkan risiko abrasi dan banjir rob di wilayah pesisir Indonesia, khususnya Kecamatan Kandanghaur, Kabupaten Indramayu. Wilayah ini memiliki kerentanan tinggi akibat rendahnya elevasi lahan, degradasi vegetasi pantai, serta keberadaan permukiman yang berdekatan dengan garis pantai tanpa mempertimbangkan batas sempadan yang aman. Data historis menunjukkan bahwa pada 29 Januari 2025, banjir rob menyebabkan 135 rumah terendam dengan ketinggian air mencapai 40–70 cm, serta menimbulkan dampak signifikan terhadap aktivitas masyarakat dan infrastruktur pesisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan garis pantai, menganalisis kerentanan banjir rob, dan merancang zonasi lahan hijau sebagai mitigasi berbasis data spasial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis perubahan garis pantai tahun 2009–2025 menggunakan Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS), serta analisis spasial berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan pendekatan skoring-overlay terhadap enam parameter: elevasi, kemiringan, penggunaan lahan, jarak dari pantai, jarak dari sungai, dan jenis tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan abrasi maksimum sebesar -21,17 m/tahun dan akresi maksimum sebesar 6,70 m/tahun, serta peta kerentanan banjir rob dengan yaitu 375,53 ha kategori rentan, 1.113,29 ha kategori sedang, dan 441,19 ha kategori rendah. Mitigasi yang direkomendasikan mencakup rehabilitasi mangrove, pengaturan sempadan pantai, buffer strip dan perlindungan kawasan rawan abrasi. Climate change and sea level rise increase the risk of abrasion and tidal flooding in coastal areas of Indonesia, particularly in Kandanghaur District, Indramayu Regency. This area is highly vulnerable due to low land elevation, coastal vegetation degradation, and the presence of settlements close to the coastline without consideration of safe boundaries. Historical data shows that on January 29, 2025, tidal flooding submerged 135 homes with water levels reaching 40–70 cm, causing significant impacts on community activities and coastal infrastructure. This study aims to analyze shoreline changes, assess tidal flooding vulnerability, and design green zone planning as a spatial data-based mitigation strategy. The methods used include analyzing shoreline changes from 2009 to 2025 using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS), as well as spatial analysis based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a scoring-overlay approach to six parameters: elevation, slope, land use, distance from the coast, distance from rivers, and soil type. The study results indicate maximum erosion of -21.17 m/year and maximum accretion of 6.70 m/year, along with a tidal flooding vulnerability map showing 375.53 ha in the vulnerable category, 1,113.29 ha in the moderate category, and 441.19 ha in the low category. Recommended mitigation measures include mangrove rehabilitation, coastal zone management, buffer strip, and protection.
