Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi kriteria, proses, dan hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam konteks kewirausahaan sosial pada Home Industry Jemur Sari Lembur di Desa Mayak, Cianjur. Urgensi penelitian didasarkan pada tingginya tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Cianjur dan potensi kewirausahaan sosial sebagai solusi. Kajian teori yang digunakan yakni teori kewirausahaan sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi pemenuhan kriteria kewirausahaan sosial Home Industry Jemur Sari Lembur berpusat pada penciptaan nilai sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai inti keberlanjutan usaha, bukan hanya profitabilitas. (2) Proses pemberdayaan meliputi tahap penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, dan pendayaan menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi, penciptaan peluang usaha, dan penguatan kolaborasi. (3) Hasil pemberdayaan bersifat multidimensional, mencakup (a) Bina manusia, seperti peningkatan kompetensi, kepercayaan diri, semangat kewirausahaan. (b) Bina usaha, seperti penciptaan peluang kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, kemandirian ekonomi. (c) Bina Lingkungan, seperti kesadaran dan kepedulian lingkungan, dan (d) Bina kelembagaan, seperti kolaborasi dan penguatan identitas kolektif. Implikasi praktis menunjukkan Home Industry Jemur Sari Lembur sebagai kewirausahaan sosial inspiratif, bukti peningkatan kemandirian masyarakat, dan dasar bagi kebijakan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Disimpulkan, kewirausahaan sosial di Home Industry Jemur Sari Lembur berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pemenuhan kriteria, proses, dan hasil yang positif. This research analyzes the implementation of community empowerment criteria, processes, and outcomes within the context of social entrepreneurship at the Jemur Sari Lembur Home Industry in Mayak Village, Cianjur. The urgency of this research is based on the high poverty rate in Cianjur Regency and the potential of social entrepreneurship as a solution. The theoretical framework used includes social entrepreneurship and community empowerment theories. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that (1) the implementation of social entrepreneurship criteria at the Jemur Sari Lembur Home Industry focuses on creating social value and community empowerment as the core of business sustainability, rather than just profitability. (2) The empowerment process, which includes the stages of awareness, capacity-building, and strengthening, results in increased competence, the creation of business opportunities, and strengthened collaboration. (3) The outcomes of empowerment are multidimensional, encompassing Human Development (Bina manusia), such as increased competence, self-confidence, and entrepreneurial spirit; Business Development (Bina usaha), such as job creation, increased income, and economic independence; Environmental Development (Bina lingkungan), such as environmental awareness and care; and Institutional Development (Bina kelembagaan), such as collaboration and the strengthening of collective identity. The practical implications show the Jemur Sari Lembur Home Industry as an inspirational social enterprise, proof of increased community self-reliance, and a basis for poverty alleviation policies. In conclusion, social entrepreneurship at the Jemur Sari Lembur Home Industry has successfully empowered the community through the fulfillment of positive criteria, processes, and outcomes.
