Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT INTI (Persero) Bandung khususnya pada Divisi Human Capital Management. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya komitmen organisasi karyawan di Divisi Human Capital Management PT INTI (Persero) Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (X) dan Komitmen Organisasi (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif inferensial, teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket dengan skala likert, yang dikumpulkan dari responden dengan ukuran populasi 39 karyawan yang bekerja di Divisi Human Capital Management PT INTI (Persero) Bandung. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap tanggapan responden, diperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi karyawan Divisi Human Capital Management PT INTI (Persero) Bandung terhadap variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia (X) termasuk pada kategori cukup efektif dan variabel komitmen organisasi (Y) termasuk pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh informasi bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Namun demikian, komitmen organisasi Divisi Human Capital Management PT INTI (Persero) Bandung tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan sumber daya manusia saja, ada faktor lain yang berpengaruh, tetapi tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA , KOMITMEN ORGANISASI This research was conducted at PT INTI (Persero) Bandung especially at the Division of Human Capital Management. The problem studied in this study is the low organizational commitment of employees in the Division of Human Capital Management PT INTI (Persero) in Bandung. The research consist of two variables, they are Variable X Human Resources Development and Variable Y Organizational Commitment. The method used was a survey method of explanation with descriptive inferential data analysis techniques with techniques of data collection through questionnaires with Likert scales, which were collected from respondents with a population size of 39 officers who work at Human Capital Management in PT. INTI (Persero) in Bandung. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression. Based on an analysis of respondents, the results showed that employee perceptions of the Division of Human Capital Management human resources development variables (X) included in the category are quite effective and organizational commitment variable (Y) included in the category. Based on calculations, it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. However, Organizational Commitment on Human Capital Management in PT INTI (Persero) in Bandung is not only influenced by human resources development, there are the other factors which affects it, but not examined in this research.
