PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN GRIT TERHADAP JOB BURNOUT PADA KARYAWAN DI JABODETABEK

    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Grit terhadap Job Burnout pada karyawan di Jabodetabek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan accidemtal sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 416 karyawan yang berdomisili dan bekerja di wilayah Jabodetabek serta bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala Perceived Organizational Support yang diadaptasi oleh Yuliani (2017) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.843, skala Grit yang diadaptasi oleh Yusup (2019) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0.85, dan Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) yang telah diadaptasi oleh Kharisma (2020) dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,897. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Job Burnout memiliki pengaruh sebesar 36.6% dan Grit memiliki pengaruh terhadap Job Burnout sebesar 36.8% serta Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dan Grit memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap burnout sebesar 47.1%. This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Grit on Job Burnout among employees in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). The research employed a quantitative correlational method. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach, involving a total of 416 employees who reside and work in Jabodetabek and have been employed for more than one year. The instruments used were the Perceived Organizational Support scale adapted by Yuliani (2017) with a reliability coefficient of 0.843, the Grit scale adapted by Yusup (2019) with a reliability coefficient of 0.85, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) adapted by Kharisma (2020) with a reliability coefficient of 0.897. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) had an influence of 36.6% on Job Burnout, while Grit had an influence of 36.8% on Job Burnout. Furthermore, both Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Grit had a significant negative influence on Job Burnout of 47.1%.
