Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja keuangan Provinsi Se – Kalimantan Tahun 2019-2024 yang diukur dengan rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio ketergantungan daerah, rasio efektivitas pendapatan, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuntitatif atau disebut dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan sumber data berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran dari setiap Provinsi di Kalimantan yaitu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Provinsi Kalmantan Timur, serta Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Teknik pengambilan data sampel dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 5 Provinsi selama 6 Tahun penelitian mulai dari tahun 2019 2024. Teknik pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan Provinsi Se – Kalimanan tahun 2019-2024 secara umum berada pada kategori yang baik dengan ditunjukannya bahwa rasio kemandirian daerah yang sangat mandiri dan efektivitas pendapatan yang relatif sangat efektif. Namun, ketergantungan daerah pada transfer dari pusat masih tinggi, belnja rutin yang masih mendominasi, dan pertumbuhan pendapatan berfluktuasi tajam pada masing-masing Provinsi di Kalimantan. Kondiri tersebut mengindikasikan perlunya optimalisasi PAD dan efisiensi belanja agar menjaga kinerja fiskal lebih stabil dan berkelanjutan. This study aims to determine the description of the financial performance of Kalimantan Province in 2019-2024 as measured by the ratio of regional financial independence, regional dependency ratio, income effectiveness ratio, activity ratio, and income growth ratio. The research method used in this research is to use a descriptive method with a quantitative approach or called a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in this study is by means of documentation by collecting data sources in the form of Budget Realization Reports from each province in Kalimantan, namely West Kalimantan Province, Central Kalimantan Province, South Kalimantan Province, East Kalimantan Province, and North Kalimantan Province. The sample data collection technique using nonprobability sampling technique with a research sample of 5 provinces for 6 research years starting from 2019-2024. The data management technique in this study uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the financial performance of the Provinces in Kalimantan in 2019-2024 was generally in a good category with the showing that the ratio of regional independence was very independent and the effectiveness of revenue was relatively very effective. However, regional dependence on transfers from the center is still high, routine spending still dominates, and revenue growth fluctuates sharply in each province in Kalimantan. These conditions indicate the need to optimize PAD and expenditure efficiency in order to maintain a more stable and sustainable fiscal performance.
